This place actually told me what was wrong with my car and explained it in detail to me, super kind, felt comfortable there as a woman. I have a fair amount of knowledge on car repair and didn't feel like they treated me like a was a moron, thankfully! Car was fixed same day I brought it in, and got that appointment next day after I scheduled it. The LAST place I went to did some repairs but didn't explain anything and ignored half of the other issues. My check engine light was back on 2 days after I left. THIS place actually fixed my car. It was a bit more pricy, but they actually fixed my damn car!

Omaha car care has taken care of my van multiple times. This time my van gave him lots of Trouble and they stood behind their quote even though the job took 3x as long as expected. They are always amazing to work with and I'm so impressed! They also don't talk down to women which is a huge plus!

Polite. Honest. Knowledgeable. Not pushy. The waiting area is welcoming and clean. There is coffee, a TV, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and sometimes a little Hot Wheels car for kids to keep. A lady came in to drop off her car and needed a lift back to work. There was no hesitation in offering her a ride. The customer service here is the best I've experienced.

I heard great things about OCC, so when we had an issue with our car, it was the place I went to. I didn't think I'd have such a negative opinion of this place as I do now. When they first looked at my car, they were able to get me an estimate in an hour of what needed to be done. I made an appointment for ten days later, but when I dropped my car off, I was told they needed to get the part, and it'd be a couple hours for it to show up. It seems to me they could have gotten it the week before my appointment. I called 4 hours after I dropped my car off, they still hadn't gotten the part. Finally got the call after 6 hours that my car was done. When I picked it up, the bumper cover wasn't installed correctly, then had to wait for them to fix the job that they said was done. Their mission statement is to build relationships with their clients that show they "value their time." Clearly, it's not the case with me. I won't return to Omaha Car Care, and will tell anyone who asks me not to go there.

I have been using Omaha Car Care for many years, even when they were Walker Tire, and I have never had a bad experience. This week was no different. The customer service provided by Billy and the other employees was again exceptional. I can always trust them to be honest with me and they go above and beyond. I highly recommend calling them if you have any car related issues.

Last week I was in omaha for work. On my way back home in rush hour traffic I begin to have steering issues. Not realizing it was a tire I was able to slowly turn off on the 144th st exit. Not far in i reached this wonderful place of business! They were great and did NOT speak to me like I was stupid because I was a woman. They quickly let me know the problem. Advised they did not have a tire in stock. But, put my donut spare on. So I could take back roads back to Lincoln. When I went to pay they would not take any payment. They stated they were "happy to help" what a great customer service and overall experience. Not to mention their shop is beautiful. Thanks again!! I cannot say enough good things!!

Thanks guys for being so nice when I randomly walked in with a nail in my tire. Patched it right there in 20 minutes. That great customer service had me come back for my brakes a few weeks later. They let me know of other issues and were honest about which issues could be done at a later time. Also gave an estimated time frame so I could plan what to get fixed sooner than later. By not being pushy or shady it guaranteed that I would definitely return . Thanks so much!!!

Called the Omaha car care on a 144th and Harrison 7021 South a 144th. And explained in a sound, a grinding noise Bryan and Billy said they would have a loaner car. When I arrived, Brian went over and beyond , drove my car himself was able to diagnose the problem. Took it into the the shop, fixed it within minutes while I waited in the clean comfortable waiting room with TV. And refreshments. , Bryan and Billy Both show professionalism and they definitely make you feel like a valued customer. After all, they listened to my silly sound and cared about my time and took care of the problem. I didn't expect that to be taken Care of immediately . I've been there in the past,and both Billy Roehr and Brian Labedz are always enthusiastic Have a smile &a calming manner. My car rides better now then when I bought it. A 2011

I am so glad that I stopped here when I was having car trouble on my way to California. Brian was so helpful with diagnosing the problem and discussing my options. He went above any expectations I had for getting help when I was stranded in Omaha. I cannot believe how lucky I was to have chosen to stop there! The car ran perfectly for the rest of my trip. I would highly recommend Omaha Car Care at 144th and Harrison. I had a slow leak in my tire. They were able to patch it for me promptly. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. I was especially pleased with the service provided by Tom, Mike, and Brian. We will definitely be back.

It is good in general, but the last visit was challenging. Left the car there and we agreed what should be done in the care according to there expertise. Later they texted, that another problems are found, for about $2k. It was out of budget. Some work was decided, but still charged $550. Next early morning had a text, that by mistake it was overcharge, and they will return money

Today was a simple oil change and there happened to be some miscommunication a simple mixup. To makeup for it, the service manager didn’t charge me for the labor portion of the job. My F150 was acting up inconsistently. It is a 15-year-old truck so I was anticipating a large repair bill. I brought my vehicle in to OCC, Not only did they have a loaner vehicle ready for me to use, But they had it diagnosed within two hours! It was a simple fix, Not a major repair like I anticipated. They could’ve got it fixed the same day, but they had to order a part and it could not get delivered in time to do the repair that day. Billy was amazing at communicating the diagnosis and the repair. To put a cherry on top, It was about $1000 less than I was anticipating spending. The OCC Team at the Harrison Street location are amazing! We done Gentlemen!

I took my truck in September and they diagnosed it with a miss in the number 8 cylinder witch ultimately led to engine failure.. These guys told me if I sourced a motor the would do the job for an estimate of 1500$ I understood that the price could be a little bit more. That’s not the issue. It’s now February and I scheduled the repair, I’ve sourced a motor all the way from Kansas City now these guys are saying they won’t touch it.. So not only am I out of a person to do the repair I’ve spent several hundreds of dollars in travel to get to Kansas and back with a motor. I honestly was impressed with these guys back in September but after all this it’s very frustrating to say, these guys aren’t men of their word, If they can change there mind in an hour after stopping in to schedule the appointment then what els aren’t they trust worthy about. Truck in photo is the parts truck I had to source from Kansas. I did the labor to remove the engine. So I held up my end of the deal.
