I recently had a complicated situation involving my truck and an insurance claim with Allstate, and Nebraska Collision Repair was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and communicative. They explained everything clearly, helped me understand what could and couldn’t be done within the limits of what Allstate allowed, and kept me informed without ever rushing or pressuring me. Even when things got frustrating on the insurance side, they stayed patient and tried to work with me however they could. I always felt like they had my back, even when their hands were tied. That means a lot. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for honest service and a team that treats you like a real person, not just a job ticket. Speak with Rafile Ayubi, he was great!

My first ever accident happened on Friday the 13th of May. As I was waiting to here back from the 3 companies I had claims through. I decided to be on top of the ball by getting an estimate before hearing back. I was picking up food for my wife and was taking it to her school classroom. During my trip there I decide to start calling around to see if anyone was able to give me an estimate in person THE SAME DAY. Everywhere else that I called said I needed to book an appointment. Yes I could of booked one, but I was sick and tired of waiting around to here back from the insurance companies. I called Nebraska Collision Repair and my man Rafile answered and he said bring it in and he would take a look at it. I took it in IMMEDIATELY and he hooked me up with his expertise. At this point I was just waiting to here back from my insurance company because the driver who was at fault was not responding at all to their insurance company. It was over 2 weeks that their insured was still not responding... UNTIL... I caught her inside a random QuickTrip. I ran outside to my car where I left my phone and waited for her outside the QT. She came out and I was recording with my wide lens camera so she didn't know I was recording. I got her to accept fault!!! I immediately sent it over to my agent and she sent it over to the insured drivers company. That same day I had received an email from her insured company saying "Since she still isn't responding after 2 weeks we are going to give her 30 days to respond." So if I wouldn't of ran into her at QT they most likely wouldn't of accepted fault. Couple days later I receive my first estimate from her insured company for $3,500. I take that to Rafile while dropping off my car and I pick up the rental I was given by her insured company. (Which I didn't pay a single dime for) While doing a more intense look he realizes there's more damage than he thought. He does all the leg work talking to my auto body adjuster and a new estimate is created for a total of $7,500!!!!!! I finally receive both checks in the mail and take them to Rafile. The day I had dropped off my car he had almost all the parts already there!!! He ordered them ahead of time so he could finish the repair sooner. He kept me well updated throughout the whole repair process until the end. My man Rafile with Nebraska Collision Repair is my bro for life. His attention to detail was fabulous. He definitely deserves more than this review. I will always recommend his business to all my friends and family. I cannot appreciate enough his efforts to get my car fixed. ALSO I didn't pay a dime throughout this whole process. So that made a lot happier. Always will comeback here for future incidents because you know people from Omaha/Iowa cant drive.....

They did a wonderful job repairing my car! I had got into an accident and they were able to get me in sooner than most shops. The repairs were amazing! My car looks newer and I have gotten many compliments on the work. I had got it back sooner than expected. They were great with keeping me updated with my insurance and even help me solve a few issues that had came up. They vacuumed my car and cleaned the interior. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Staff are very friendly as well! Definitely will be coming here if needed again.

My son's car was sideswiped in a hit and run on a Friday night. The whole passenger side door was smashed, the window was smashed and the car had scrapes all down the length of the passenger side. I did some google searches and found that NE Collision Repair had good reviews. Rafile met with us Saturday morning and gave us a rough estimate and began the teardown right away as we got things started with the insurance company. Rafile finished the teardown and worked with our insurance company to get the final totals. The car is an older car, but has very low miles, so we were very grateful to have the car repaired rather than totaled. The car is a bit of an unusual color, but NE Collision Repair matched the paint perfectly. I can't imagine I'll have any issues with the work, but I am confident that if one arises, Rafile will work with me to get it sorted. If you are in need of collision repair and want a quick, thorough, and honest estimate along with excellent work on the finished product, go to NE Collision Repair and see Rafile. Love this place! Rafile is very personable and knowledgeable. Was updated a few times in the two weeks my car was in for repairs. Nebraska Collision had the rare event of getting to repair not one, but two of our vehicles that were both hit by a drunk driver. Everything was perfect for the repair of my Jeep Cherokee. I had gotten the door ding of a lifetime on one of our lovely Nebraska 50mph wind days. I called Rafile that day and got an in person estimate on the spot. They work with your insurance and I couldn’t be happier with the way my baby looks now! I would actually recommend this shop for collision repair. The work is high in quality, and they were communicative and helpful in assessing my vehicle's issue. However, I don't like having to pay more money to pay money; there’s a 3% processing fee for cards, which can get hefty when you start getting up to 6000-7000k, so that was very much unappreciated. It is clearly stated, but I feel like that's something businesses should eat instead of having customers pay it for them or having to work around trying to find cash or a cashier's check. Additionally, even after having an estimate from another shop, they were unwilling or unable to meet that, which ended up having me pay more than $1,000 more than I was willing. So, like most car mechanics these days, it's going to be a costly endeavor, but at least it will be a good result.

My recent experience with Nebraska Collision Repair was flawless!! My truck, I had recently bought, had the driver side bed side repainted by the dealership before I even looked at it because they said there were bad scratches and wanted it to look the best it could, unfortunately a few months after having it I noticed the clear coat peeling and took it to Nebraska Collision Repair, and Rafile quickly noticed the problem. He said they didn't remove a few trim pieces and had just taped the edge of the trim and painted to that part! That caused a hard edge that the clear coat couldn't stick to, causing the clear coat to start peeling. Rafile quickly got my truck in, and had it completed earlier then expected! It looks super nice and finally done right!! Rafile and his team do really nice work, and are pleasant to deal with!! I highly recommend Nebraska Collision Repair!! Hi, please read it carefully. I brought my car to this mechanic to fix it. At first they were very good with their customer but in the end they want more money and also not doing a great job to fix the car they are froud they charge the Insurance Company two times and also not fixing the car very good,  Most importantly, the collision repair work was not done correctly.  The new bumper they installed is loose and rattled, and the paint doesn't match the rest of the car].i have talked to them many times about that issue but they want to charge me more and then I have to take my car to another shop to fix the issues they created. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop due to their lack of integrity and poor quality of work. These people are Scammers

My neighbor backed into my car and dented it pretty bad. I took it here and they gave me a quote and emailed me breaking down each and every cost. Since Rafile, the front desk man provided me with his extensive experience working as a mechanic and now a body shop mechanic, I trusted this company to work on my car. Praises I want to talk about were excellent communication- every time I called there was someone to answer my questions, I got the best quote estimate out of 3 shops, they completed the work earlier than expected, and they even detailed my car when they were finished. I wanted to personally mention Rafile, his work experience, communication skills, and ability to provide advice was the most important factor determining my decision to choose this shop to fix my car. You did a great job man. I highly recommend this shop and I appreciate your services.
