I bought a car from this place when I moved to Omaha, the shop was highly recommended. The car ended up being a lemon of gargantuan proportions, The left, front axle broke off while I was driving in less than a month and from there it continued. I brought the car back to them over 5 times in a span of less than 3 months, and when the car was unfixable they were completely unresponsive and rude. I even requested to speak to the owner (since the only person giving face was the service manager Doug) so we could negotiate a middle ground were neither of us was getting screwed, and he refused to speak to me. I now have serious issues trusting any mechanics in Omaha...

Not sure if they needed to use their computer to find a loose wire...$128 labor. Then they charged me $128. labor to incorrectly diagnose an exhaust leak and wanted $275. to fix it. I brought it to All Pro down the street and was told they don't charge anything for a diagnosis and wanted $175 to do the same work and replace the same part. Do the math. It takes 5 minutes to put a car up on a lift and detect an exhaust leak. They said something about parts. Detecting an exhaust leak doesn't take any parts. They said I'd need a flex joint. Turns out I needed 2 flex joints. So I figure they were going to replace one, then call me and say I'd need the other replaced. Price padding at its finest.

1500 dollars and over a week for them to install a used transmission. Transmission works fine but now all 4 of my 02 sensors are throwing codes from the giant gaps left in between exhaust flanges when they reinstalled my exhaust(even after the hundred something dollar gasket set). Not to mention my truck sounds like crap now but at least it gets me where I’m going I guess.
