Went above and beyond making sure our vehicle was ready for a road trip, even after we had poor planning and timing. Shows how dedicated they are to customer service. The recent digital updates are a refreshing and unexpected improvement to the service experience as well. 20+ year customer at this location, and that is not because of my geographical location, rather because of the attention and excellent service I’ve experienced. I will say, it has noticeably improved from already good lately. The last 12 months is the happiest I’ve been with them over the 20+ years.

Went here once for an oil change. The past few times I have gone I walked out and went elsewhere. Had a nail in the middle of my tire. They said I’d need all new tires and tried selling me on new Firestone tires that were not comparable to the ones I have. Went across the street to Jensen and got it repaired in 15 minutes the same day. Decided to give it another shot. Scheduled an oil change. Got there early to drop car off and have it done before I left for work 3 hours later. They said it would take well longer than 2 hours. Never had issues with other firestones. This location seems like the odd ball. Will not return

We need our daughters car checked out and we needed it done over the weekend. I called several places and they were either closed, closing soon or could not get to it. This place answered the phone, made sure the car was taken care of and were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Fireaone in downtown Omaha.

Samantha and Clark were extremely helpful with a very stressful evening / morning I was having. My tire was flat, I had to call roadside. I had two tow trucks come and leave me without service. I walked over and Samantha was looking for every option to help me. Called another location to check if a tire was available. Honestly I was about to crash out. But these two were a saving grace. WHEN they get their pizza party, GET THEM GODFATHERS. Or Smokin Oak ( rated nebraskas best pizza) . Thank you Samantha and Clark. Thank you 🙏🏾🥹

Be aware! I went due to an oil leak. I had a leak after oil change from another firestone location. I was recommended to get a n inspection. I went to work then about 2 hrs later, Samantha called me saying that the inspection it self was one hundred and something dollars. I said I have a coupon for inspection and would like to use it. She refused to take the coupon and claimed that it shouldn't have been a surprise because she told the pricing when i was at the shop. That statement was an absolute lie, I told her she did not then she hung up the phone. Samantha is not honest and absolutely not trustworthy. I also have purchased lifetime wheel alignment several yrs ago, Samantha claims that they cannot find the record, I gave her the invoice that shows the purchase of lifetime wheel alignment, she said she called the store where it was purchased but then claims it was voided. Hence she is going to charge me a regular price for alignment service. I went to the store after she left. Other employee called other store and confirmed that my lifetime purchase was verified and they can do the alignment without extra charge. Samantha is crazy, walk away if she is there. Update: They leave comment to make it right, but even when I emailed. They do not even respond. They do not care about you. Again, I would avoid this place.

I was happy with the service, until getting charged for resetting tire pressure monitor on tires, when my car does not have a tire pressure monitor.manager was adamant that I had it reset by the mechanic. I told her I wasn't going to pay for a service that was not needed. She told me she would let it go this time, but next time I would have pay. How can they reset something I don't have.The 3 stars are for the oil change, not the customer service from manager.5 stars for the cashier, it was not his fault.

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. And based on the other reviews, it’s obvious this shop does not believe in repairing tires — only scamming customers into unnecessary replacements. That’s exactly what happened to me. They inspected my tire, saw I had Goodyear Eagle Sports, and still decided the “best” replacement was a $250 Firestone tire… on a brand-new BMW. ✨Make it make sense.✨ When we came to pick up the car and discovered they’d put a FIRESTONE tire on a vehicle with all Goodyear tires, they tried to charge over $60 just to REMOVE the wrong tire — a tire they claimed they told us it would be. That was absolutely FALSE. The manager, Torrey, was rude, unprofessional, and completely unethical. It’s very clear he’s trying to scam hardworking people in Omaha. Thankfully, we walked away without paying a DIME and went to another tire shop nearby — where they repaired the original tire for $30 with no issues at all. They confirmed it was 100% repairable. We will NOT be back, and we highly recommend our neighbors stay FAR AWAY🚨 and save their money. (Also if I could rate this experience ZERO stars, I would)

I hit a big rock in the middle Dodge street that completely messed up my tire, wheel, and alignment! I chose Firestone Auto on a whim, and I am so grateful that I did! Tory was extremely helpful and made sure that I got thoughtful service at a great price. All my questions were met with patience, and he called around so many places to get me the best deal on a tire. A lot of times as a woman when going into an auto shop I am met with condensation, so this was a refreshing change! I felt heard, understand, and truly helped. And it was all in a timely manner! I can’t recommend them enough. If you need any car assistance, Tory is your guy!!!!!!
