Super disappointed with my phone interaction recently. Used them in the past and they did a phenomenal job with great service. Yesterday, the garage door fell on the back of my Bronco and caused some deep scratches that I know they could repair. First lady I spoke to (think her name was Liz) was nice and said I didn't need an appointment for a consultation but that I could schedule one. Called back an hour later and the guy was very short and borderline rude. He just gave the hours they're open and said come with it clean. When I explained it was on my lunch but that it was visible, he rudely said "can't give an estimate if it's not clean and visible". Never got a chance to explain what happened. Left a bad taste in my mouth and now I have to find a new auto paint shop.

They did a very good job on my car with getting the dents out and painting was about as close as one could get it with silver. They were quick. The only negative is that my 5 dallor funnel went missing after they serviced me vehicle. Its not a big deal but I would highly recommend them and continuously use them in the future.
