Steve and Sean are two of the nicest people I have met. I needed something looked at on my SUV and they took me without an appointment. They even dropped me off at home and then my car later in the day. They had the car fully serviced the same day and made sure it was 100%. They welcome you in and make sure any concerns or needs are taken care of. It is truly refreshing to find people that care. Not to mention the price was great. I love to stay local and this is truly a gem in New Canaan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. So glad I have a place to go to and trust. Inspected my car and said everything was fine, despite known problems with the front tires, including visible dry rot. Said they mixed up my inspection with someone else's car and had to inspect it again, necessitating a second appointment weeks out. After replacing the tires, the front wheel has been making a smacking sound on the road. Wheel cover doesn'took like it was fully reattached. Is it related? I wouldn't know. I was quoted $200 to inspect it to see what's wrong with the tires that they put on. My last inspection, tires, and maintenance was about $700, but they want to charge to inspect a tire that they put on. Not happy with the reason for needing multiple inspections, or asking to pay for a follow-up inspection for their own service. They seem busy enough to not care about referrals or repeat business. I certainly don't feel taken care of.
