I recently had a repair to my 15yr old Suburban and when it was returned I could not believe it was the same vehicle that I delivered. I needed a repair to a crushed bumper, since it is an old vehicle I was expecting to repair it to a reasonable state but when I picked up the vehicle it was washed looked like it was detailed! Jimmy mentioned to me he tried to find a replacement running board that was damaged which I didn't even realize was damaged. The Suburban looked like the day I picked it up from the dealer myself and all my friends cannot believe that this vehicle is 15 yrs old. I cannot say how much I appreciate the quality of care and work Angeo's Autobody and the personal attention and comunication from the staff.

If I could give a negative rating I would. The repair to roof damage on my BMW X2 was so poorly done that I continue to have leaks into my car from negligently sealed / reattached parts, as well as requiring a completely new telecom unit due to water damage from this repair. Unbelievably terrible job, I seriously recommend not going here.

A special thanks to Marlon Rodolfo Garcia for recommending their services and sharing insights into the quality of their work, as he works there himself. Jimmy even provided a guarantee for any potential issues, though I doubt I'll need it. My car was practically new—only 4 months old with zero miles when I got it from the dealership—and they brought it back to perfect condition after it was almost a total loss. I had gone to Angelo's following an accident as per USAA's (my insurance company) recommendation for an estimate. Once there, Jim had performed an assessment and inspection of my vehicle. A few days later, I'd received, via email, an attached estimate. Upon reading the estimate, I'd notice a footnote detailing what Jim had claimed to be preexisting "damage". He had indicated a whole slew of "damage" to my vehicle that was completely frivolous and not at all existing on my vehicle. Aside the very small amount of damage at the site of accident on my vehicle, my vehicle was in near-perfect condition. He had listed dents and scratches that were not at all present. He'd even claimed fabricated damage to the front of my car, where in fact, the dealer itself had repaired and repainted under warranty one month prior. Being that these false statements nullified, voided and severely lowered the baseline of my insurance policy, I had called Jim to explain this to him and ask why he had listed damage that was no where present on my vehicle. He was dismissive, deflective and even doubled down on his claim. I found him to be rude and very unprofessional and very pubescent. He challenged my integrity and the physical condition of my car and kept boisterously and obnoxiously stating multiple times "I'VE BEEN DOING THIS 43YRS! I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!". I'd ended up contacting another body shop for another estimate and to have new photos taken to reaffirm and validate the great condition of my vehicle for insurance purposes. Below are photos of my vehicle. There wasn't a single dent or scratch anywhere Jim had allegedly claimed there were. Needless to say, I did not patronize Angelo's as I could only speculate what my dealings with them could only be. I would not at all be comfortable nor satisfied with my vehicle in their hands. I would strongly urge anyone obtaining an estimate from Angelo's to read and understand their estimate very thoroughly. I thereafter contacted USAA and explained to them what had happened and exactly how Angelo's is representing their insurance company.

Someone rear-ended me in a hit and run on I-95 just two weeks after I had back surgery. It was already an incredibly stressful time, and unfortunately I had to go to Angelo’s for an estimate for my insurance company. From the beginning, I told one of the owners that I already had a body shop in mind and would not be using them for the repairs. I thanked them for their time and they responded, “Don’t worry about it, good luck.” Everything seemed fine. A couple of weeks later, I received a call from their staff saying my parts were in. I was confused and mentioned that I had been texting with someone named Tommy, who had said parts wouldn’t be in for a while. The woman on the phone said she didn’t know who that was, then clarified she was calling from Angelo’s. I immediately explained — again — that I never intended to have my car repaired there. She told me they had already ordered the parts and that I needed to come in. I apologized and explained I was already working with another shop. That’s when things turned unpleasant. I was told I needed to pay for the parts they ordered. When I explained that I had clearly stated from the start I would not be using their services, I was told they didn’t care and that I “should have been more clear.” They have since submitted a $500 bill to a creditor for parts I never authorized. No remorse. No empathy. Just a nasty and unprofessional front office. Be very careful before giving them your information. Make sure everything is documented clearly in writing. This experience added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

Angelo’s did an outstanding job following a major crunch on the passenger door of our crosstrek. The people could not be more nice and polite. They worked smoothly with our insurance company and delivered the car back to us when promised. The repair is perfect and car was returned spotlessly clean and possibly even detailed. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them
