Great shop… very clean and fair prices. Did a great job when mounting tires on new rims. Even did it so the tpms sensors didn’t need to be recalibrated bc he put them back on in the exact same order. Great work.

Exceptional customer service that went above and beyond! I accidentally put was too much air in my tire this morning on my way to work , and was panicking about how to fix it. The air machine at the gas station next door to their shop was broken, and I was dreading going in to the garage because the former owner was famously grumpy. I was surprised to see that old shop gone and a new, bright and clean shop in its place. A tire shop, no less!! I told them my problem and they took my key, pulled my car into a garage bay, and checked and filled ALL my tires, not just the overfilled one. Had me back in good shape in minutes and didn't charge me a penny! I'm still shocked, good people and excellent service still exists. When my family needs tires next, they've already earned my business.

I went to C&J Stamford after Lone Star did a great oil change and checkup on my car and noticed a nail in my tire. They suggested C&J. Once Ingot there, they advised that I had two nails in that same tire. They came to my rescue us with a speedy and efficient repair. It was one of those heat wave horrible days and everywhere one went people were in bad moods. Not the C& J people! And certainly not Rafael, who repaired my tire. He could not have been more polite and professional. I highly recommend C& J.

I was in Connecticut on a business trip and as I was on my way home in the pouring down rain got a flat tire. I was able to make it here after trying two other places that said they couldn’t help me and these guys really stepped up! They took me right away and had my tire replaced in under 25 minutes while also making sure to check the others as well. They were extremely professional and reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them.

BEWARE. Unprofessional. Unexperienced. Cause damages, refuse to pay for the damages. My friend had an unfortunate experience with replacing tires at this place in Darien. C&J broke the wheel lock key. They used a wrong tool to unlock the wheel lock. They used air impact wrench (to cut corners and make it faster). This tool is prohibited for use on wheel locks because of potential damages to the the lock, the key and the wheel. My friend had to go to the dealership to get a new key and paid money for it. The owner Freddy refused to pay for the damaged wheel lock key. He was also very rude toward her. He lied about what happened. He said the wheel lock was too tight. When my friend took her car to their other shop in Stamford, his worker there had no problems unlocking that lock. In fact, it was another tire that they broke the wheel lock key on. And when they broke the key the also broke the wheel lock itself because of the tool they used. My friend had to take the car to the dealership again. The service at the dealership had to brake that wheel lock as its thread was damaged and unlockable. And of course, my friend had to pay - close to $300. When my friend brought the car back to C&J Stamford, they refused to service. The owner of C&J lied to his team in Stamford about what happened. He never told them that he/his worker in Darien broke the key. The worker in Stamford was very nasty to my friend. When you cause damages because of your neglect, lack of experience, or your head being somewhere else, and the damages carry cost to them, why would your customer have to pay for these damages? Not only did C&J caused $47 lock key damage, they also caused $300 damage to another lock. My friend had to replace tires that day as one of the tires was flat. My friend found another shop and they replaced tires professionally on a short notice. This review is to warn those looking at C&J of neglect, lack of experience, lack of taking responsibility for the damages, and absolutely zero focus on a customer at this place.

If you’re looking for tire pros you can actually trust, go to C&J Tire Repair. Freddie and Johnson run a tight, customer first operation. They greeted me right away, showed me exactly what was wrong, walked me through the best fix, and got it done fast—no pressure, no gimmicks. The workmanship was excellent (they even checked the other tires, reset pressures, and made sure everything was torqued correctly). Friendly, transparent pricing, and you can tell they care about doing the job right. I won’t go anywhere else—highly recommend!
