I'll never own another Jaguar ever again. In fact, after receiving my car back from service, I hopped in, drove directly to CarMax, and unloaded it. One and done. That said, this particular dealer service location did a very good job, as best as they could, within the context of having to service poorly designed and built vehicles. Folks, save yourself the aggravation, and buy from another manufacturer.

Excellent job, this is the second service appointment I have had at Darien JLR. My service advisor, Paul, went above and beyond. When I picked up my Jaguar F-Pace 23’ R it was at optimal performance similar to the day I drove it off the lot. Not to mention it was washed and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Have gone to Darien Land Rover Jaguar service for 11 years (approx $22k of maintenance bills on my Jaguar) and finally realize there is systemic poor maintenance, poor customer service and dishonesty. On July 11, 2025 I picked up my car and drove approx 2 miles before the engine overheating, charging system fault, no radio, no AC came on, after $4,900 of work and two weeks in for service. On July 11, 2025 you put my life at risk. I got back to the Darien Land Rover Jaguar parking lot and the car essentially died. Darien still has the car and I have no idea what is wrong or when I will get the car back (writing this July 12, 2025). I am no longer going to pay absorbent prices for horrendous service. I am going to the highest levels of Jaguar, Penske and will tell my story on social media and google reviews so other customers and prospect customers are aware of this awful service model at all levels of the organization. I doubt I will get a response to this review but that is to be expected.

I always have Paul Bialy as my service advisor and would not even worry about my car when I bring it in. He keeps me updated and is courteous. He is a pleasure to deal with and kind soul to talk with! I’m happy with my car and can’t complain because the service is top notch! This is my 2nd Annual service experience for My Jaguar F T-Type S. Fortunately I had the same service rep again. Everyone I caomein contct with is courteous. The service rep has been TOP Quality, professional, friendly and VERY Helpful with information and answering certain other vehicle questions I have had. I live in NY, but prefer Jaguar Darien and will continnue to utilze their expertise and service department.

I have owned many cars. Jaguar Darien is truly a professional organization. My purchase experience was excellent. From Luke, my salesman, Edgar the sales manager, Don the finance manager, and especially Joey, the service manager. I switched from a Westchester NY jaguar dealership where I had a bad experience to Jaguar Darien - what a great move! From my first call until I picked up the car it was sooo professional. Beautiful shop, clean, everyone was nice, great communications from my service advisor (Eric) and technicians. Everyone was respectful and easy to work with. The technicians went out of their way to solve a rattle (replaced a grill piece and checked the suspension), in addition to doing a service. I'm very happy, won't be going anywhere else!

With or without a loaner, I brought my car in for an orange engine light but had no service even when I made an appointment. Apparently, a recall does not generate money. Therefore, hours later, the service advisor (Mr Sabia) told me he didn’t want to lie to me… they were too busy to diagnose my car which resulted in a waste of my time. My appointment was on Tuesday, he even told me to keep the loaner for the weekend but I declined the offer. Consequently, I returned the loaner right away, picked up my car and left. If they didn’t diagnose the car, how did he know about the recall? Anyway, I don’t know what type of game he was playing, the idea was to have my car back and fixed. I know about superior customer service. For a first encounter, I was not impressed. Next time, I will wait for my car wherever I go. Lesson learned!

Stephen, Edgar and Don are the 3 amigos who made buying from Darien Land Rover a piece of cake. I have been searching high and low, anywhere within 500 miles from Northern Virgina for a particluar 2023 BMW X5M with low miles. Thanks to one of the auto search engines, I get an email that Darien Land Rover had one--5 hrs away from me! Walking into a dealer is always an "iffy" experience, so imagine my surprise when this team of professionals took care of me, a Virginian, as soon as they heard I was interested. Bottomline: If you are hesitant to buy from this team, don't be....I would recommend them 100 times over. Well done trio!
