Super attentive and great customer service all around. I live 4 hours away and called on a Defender that just arrived because it matched what I was looking for and the salesman Luke went out into the rain and took a video for me. He helped me with the purchase so I only had to make one trip. Very sweet, honest, and efficient. Upon arrival I had some maintenance questions and they brought out the service manager to answer them. The GM also made sure I was happy. The Defender is gorgeous and I would travel out of state again to purchase my next car from Darien LR and my salesman Luke. They won me over!

Appreciated daily contact by the service rep. and having the loaner for several days while the 2024 Range Rover Sport was being repaired. The Vehicle only had 4,500 miles on it before the transfer case had to be replaced. But service was good as was the loaner. My only complaint is that for the price of the vehicle, free annual maintenance should be included for say 3 years. Otherwise it’s very expensive thus will use an independent shop to perform the annual service.
