Bruno is the BEST mechanic and this is the best shop. He is in Brockton now (he used to be in Dorchester). I will be driving to Brockton to see him. Completely TRUSTWORTHY and he never tries to get over on you or charge up. He clearly communicates what is needed and how much it will cost. He is always quick. I will be seeing a lot more of Brockton now because it is worth the drive and peace of mind knowing that I can trust who is taking care of my car. Cars and car maintenance can be costly. It is always good to deal with someone you trust. Do yourself a favor and make Bruno your mechanic and CV Auto your shop. He has been my mechanic for 14 years. You can thank me later!!

The prices are very reasonable Bruno will give you a quote before he starts the repair and if something comes up he makes it a priority to call and inform the customer so no hidden fees.. This was my first time servicing a vehicle at CV Autocare in Brockton. I actually found them through positive Google reviews and decided to try them; it was a great decision. I called the shop, and Bruno told me they work on a first-come, first-served basis. I brought my car in, told Bruno about the issue with the brakes, and we went for a test drive. I really appreciated that. Afterwards, Bruno got my car on a lift in reasonable time, and the work was completed an hour ahead of schedule. The price was right, and the service was excellent. Had the week off and I thought my normal mechanic was closed for the holiday. Stopped at C.W. and talked to Bruno. He got in the car and we went for a ride. Back at the shop he gave me a very fair price and they went to work on it in minutes. Was there about an hour and off I went completely satisfied (Brakes). After Bruno and I took another ride and the job was done perfectly. No drama or stress. Good guys there too. Will be making him my go to guy for now on.

I am very impressed with the professional manner and experience in getting the work done on my 2008 Honda Element. I had been coping with a broken A/C system for quite awhile in my car and finally decided to look into the problem. It turned out to be a number of components that needed to be replaced. While I was well aware that there were other vehicles there that needed attention, they made sure to tend to my vehicle right away since I was waiting in the lobby for the work to be done. I am 100 percent impressed with the work. My car turns into an icebox quickly now. On top of it all, the staff was personable and can surely rely upon informal word of mouth channels to keep their business going
