I have not had a good experience with this company at all. I have been involved with many large and small telephone dealers all over the country, in the last 25 years and have never had such a terrible experience with both the technicians and even the owner of the business. Very unprofessional. There response time is horrible. " Sorry we have all or technicians scheduled for the day"; well omg my entire system is down, and its pretty hard to wait till tomorrow when my business cannot function at all today.
The aftercare is a disaster and I believe many of there tech are not certified with the equipment they are trying to repair. I expected more expertise.
