I couldn't be happier with my Caliber Auto Glass experience! I got a rock chip during a cross country road trip, and C.A.G. worked with me to find a spot during my journey where we could meet up to get it repaired. The rep came out to my friend's house where I was staying for a couple of days and he did the work right there in the driveway. It was awesome service! Caliber Auto Glass replaced a windshield on our truck and repaired a chip in the windshield of our car through their mobile service. They made the scheduling, appointment & payment process very easy; and their communications via text & email were very helpful. I recently had Caliber Glass come out to replace the windshield on my wife's Jeep, and the experience was fantastic! We had a few things on the windshield—an inspection sticker, Toll Tag, and an insurance beacon—and the technician, Austin, expertly transferred them to the new glass in no time. I was really impressed with the adhesive they used, which dried in just 30 minutes, so we could hit the road almost immediately. I also want to give a shoutout to Austin, who called yesterday when we weren't home. Even though he couldn't get into the Jeep then, he was super understanding and had no problem coming back today. Both he and his colleague were incredibly courteous, and they wrapped up everything in about 30 minutes! They even took the time to wipe down the windows. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’d highly recommend Caliber for anyone needing glass repair on their vehicle. Thanks, guys!

Original post is below for reference. Once I contacted the support email in the reply, the payment was refunded into my account. Thank you Caliber for the quick response. For chip repair, make sure you need a new windshield before you have the technician come out. It was $100 (non-refundable) to have a chip filled. Obviously I don’t know what’s repairable or not, because it was so small it would have made it worse. I should have taken to a shop in person to be evaluated. Not all their fault, but zero refund options.
