I recently took my car to Fast Auto Repair to get my car checked out for what I was sure was about to be a lot of routine maintenance and more as another shop had given me a laundry list of things wrong on my car. I have nothing but respect for this business! I am new to the area and a young woman without car knowledge. I looked around and found this shop enjoying the fact that it was family owned. They didn’t keep me waiting long, were very respectful, and straight to the point. They helped me with a few things on my Nissan and then recommended me to someone they trusted when one thing went outside of their shop expertise. A few months later my breaks went bad, I ended up going to Breaks Plus in Denton only to get taken advantage of, pressured to spend $1,000 I didn’t have, and to be treated as if I didn’t matter. Later on I stopped by and explained the problem and my situation to Marcos. After bringing my car in, I was in and out of the shop within 15 minutes, AND he told me that my breaks were actually okay! He took the time to explain the details of his findings along with the whys behind my older vehicle(that was newer to me). The weight off my shoulders is such a relief, I will go to them with any problems I have from here on out. Go to these guys for whatever you need. It’s hard to find honest people doing honest work these days!!

I’ve been here before the customer service is good & they are quick at fixing, which is the issue.. I came in for a pad slap In the rear. All seemed well, but Over time my brakes started getting squeaky and weak and finally they stopped working so I brought it in to another shop closer to where I live.. it turns out one of the FAST AUTO REPAIR mechanics forgot to put one of my brake pads on and didn’t even replace my rotor with the new one I had bought. They left the old one in!!!!! $700 in damages from this company buyer beware!!!!!

I went into Fast Auto Repair expecting to pay nearly $300 dollars to replace my lower control arms. Come to find out the previous mechanic I visited lied to me and sold me a faulty tire. Fast Auto Repair was honest and didn’t charge me for any unnecessary repairs to the lower control arms. I am a college student in the area so honest, well priced, care is what I was looking for. Even tho I just left with an oil change this place was amazing and I’d recommend it to anyone

Super great place to get your state tests done super quick and great pricing, I think for around $19. My partner and I come here for them often now. My only issue is that they did lie or maybe make a mistake about my partner’s battery being bad, stating that it could “die at any moment”. Haven’t had any issues with it and the battery was replaced recently. Took the battery to get tested elsewhere and the battery is in REALLY good condition. I wouldn't personally get my car serviced here besides doing the state emissions/inspection. They bring their dog to work and the dog is very cute and friendly! :)

We had a stressful situation this weekend after accidentally putting DEF in our diesel tank while traveling. We broke down in Denton on a Saturday morning and were honestly worried we’d be stuck for days trying to find a shop open and willing to help. We’re from Oklahoma, so being out of town made it even more stressful. Thankfully, Fast Auto Repair told us if we could get the truck there by noon, they would do everything they could to get us back on the road. They absolutely delivered. What they estimated as a four-hour job was finished in less than three hours. The mechanic was extremely confident, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, which made a huge difference during a stressful moment. The entire environment was friendly and professional, and they didn’t try to overcharge us or take advantage of the situation. The location was also super convenient, with food and snacks nearby so we could stay comfortable while waiting. Because of their efficiency and honesty, we were able to continue our trip the same day instead of losing the whole weekend.
