Gathered all my cc ,address,name on the card,phone number told me it will be an hour and if I cancel it will be half of the $369 for a two hour minimum. $150 each additional hour I gave them the code,I had the fluid to clean the O2 sensor and oil chain. While I was waiting a vehicle pulled up watching me. I called them back and the vehicle left. Now it's three hours to wait because only certain mechanics can work on the van. In a business where the customer has to give all they cc before service is a caution. I was pressing for time and reluctantly gave them my information and still received no service. My job was not going over two hours ,30minute oil change and a 30 minute flush. I texted them the screenshot from the code reader. While they claim they delete the information that's where it becomes questionable,why gather all that information when you don't have a technician. This information should only be given prior to work when the mechanic arrive. I cancelled my cc due to my gut instinct.
