Brought my 2018 Lexus in after someone left a long scratch on my right rear door when they were backing out of the parking lot They took care of it in less than 30 minutes! These guys are super and i highly recommend you bring your car here for any body work needs They have great service , polite, easy to work with and do a fantastic job and extremely competitive !! This place was awesome , they did a great job. I used them through my insurance and the results was great. I definitely recommend caliber. Costumer service was super professional, kept me updated throughout the repair , which it was supposed to take two weeks , the car was ready in one. The car looks new again.

I recently had my car taken here after an accident and through the whole process all of the staff were super kind and helpful. Richard was the one evaluating my car, he reached out to clarify some things to make sure everything was done appropriately, he answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. Over the course of my interactions here I talked to and worked with a handful of ladies in the front office all of whom were also very nice and always able to get me any information I needed. In the end my car was deemed a total loss by my insurance but I have no doubt that had they done repairs it would have been done excellently. Overall I had a wonderful experience working with everyone at this Caliber Collision and would highly recommend.

My car was repaired and I was told to come pick it up. 2 days later I went to take my car for a oil change and the latch that opens my hood was broken so there was no way to open it. I contacted Warren at Caliber on Thursday 8/14. He said the person who worked on my car was not in and they were short staffed. He advised me to come in the next morning 8/15 and he would have someone fix it. Went down there and they looked at my car and said they needed to order a part to have it replaced. I again advised Warren that I need a oil change asap and I cannot be driving my vehicle like this because of their error. He offered no solutions. So finally today 8/19 my hood was repaired. However I work using my vehicle and I have been unable to use my car to work for the last 4 days. I have lost out in making $800. I feel Warren should’ve offer me a rental car as soon as he knew he had to order a part. He did nothing. He offered no compensation for this error and I’m highly disappointed in Caliber. I’m requesting someone contact me in regards to this.

Even from off the first time I walked into the office, the young ladies who were the clerks processed my paperwork with out any errors. When I got my car back finally, I was very impressed with my mirror replacement, the paint job was perfect!

This marks the third time in less than 2 years that we've had a vehicle repaired here. Each time, we could have gone through the other driver's insurance, but since our first experience went so welll, we opted to use our own insurance so we could be sure our work would be completed by Caliber Collision. They made a stressful situation much easier, and kept us updated along the way. This time, our work was completed almost a week sooner than anticipated. They do excellent work, and their relationship with Enterprise made the entire process easy for us. The manager at Caliber Collision is top notch, and we so appreciate the professionalism and customer care we have received. We will happily recommend Caliber Collision to others!

Body work was good, but for the life of you don't come here for decal work, just take it home and do it yourself. They failed 3 times in a row on a simple decal.
