My insurance company recommended them and a close business partner did also ftom thier prior work from them on his truck. And the staff was so friendly and kind. Friendly and professional staff/service. They kept us informed on updates with text alerts and the vehicle was ready earlier than anticipated. We were very pleased with the work. It appears brand new again. Although we never hope to need their services in the future, we certainly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.

I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to this facility to be repaired. The only reason I brought my vehicle here is because they are partnered with my insurance company. I was told I would get a call after the estimate was complete. I never got a call and the work was started without consulting me first to ensure I knew what was being repaired and if all necessary repairs were being made. When I requested to be called, the individual who I spoke with was very rude, speaking to me as if I were a child. I understand if you are not normally from this location but this is a job you choose. Zero customer service skills. Not all repairs were made on my vehicle. If I had known prior to the work being started, I would not have let them do “some” repairs to my vehicle and would have taken it somewhere else who could complete all the repairs and be completely paid by my insurance company. So not only did I have to pay my deductible of $500 but I had to pay another $500 to finish the repairs due to damages that were not my fault on my vehicle. Again WOULD BOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I was greeted upon entering and received great customer service from everyone I engaged, office manager/receptionist, auto manager and mechanic. I was told that the damage was not as bad as it looked and that they may be able to solve the problem if I could wait a short time. And you did! Caliber Collision Staff on Delmar, I appreciate your time, expertise and kindness! My experience not only helped me feel more comfortable driving but left a positive imprint on my heart! They were able to get us back on the road after we got in an accident downtown. We had a bent body piece interfering with our wheel. We interacted with several people including a technician and they were all very friendly and willing to help. It actually felt like working with good people that genuinely wanted to help us — not just people that were just there to do a job and collect a paycheck. If we were local we’d have had them do the whole repair! We were so lucky and grateful to have found this shop when we did. To the office folks - I don’t recall the technician’s name, but feel free to name him in the comments, because he bailed us out big time!

They worked seamlessly with my car insurance and was able to get the car in perfect condition before their estimated time. There were timely text updates as well. It’s also convenient that they are close to the enterprise car rental downtown and they let me leave the rental car at Caliber when my car was ready. It also came with lifetime warranty on the repairs. They helped make a stressful situation simple, easy, and well taken care of.

Called the receptionist has an attitude even tho I’m very nice and respectful .I made an appointment for an estimate. The estimate lady told me my car is brand new they don’t have the info on it and she will email me a price later that day. She never did.

I hit a bouncing spare tire on the highway. Damaged my bumper and smashed my headlight. Caliber Collision made my car perfect again. New bumper new light and repainted any of the effected panels. They work directly with the rental car service so enterprise will pick you up so you can choose your temporary rental. Great work and great staff.

Corey and Megan went absolutely above and beyond! As I had two claims being repaired at the same time, the repairs were done A WHOLE WEEK faster than expected. The repairs were done to make my car look like it was back to perfect condition and I cannot thank Corey and Megan enough! The customer service experience I had with Caliber Collision - Delmar and Corey and Megan was OUTSTANDING and I will be returning to them if I ever have any more repairs that I need done. They kept me updated constantly throughout the 2 weeks they were repairing my car (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE OVER 3 WEEKS)!!!! They were super friendly, helpful, and informative. I might not be a total car person, but they even explained everything so that I could completely understand every single repair and replacement they did on my car FOR BOTH OF MY CLAIMS! I was having a rough few weeks (due to both of my claims happening in the same week) and Corey just seemed to know exactly how to handle the situation and be empathetic but also professional. He gave AMAZING advice which helped me get both of my claims taken care of at the same time so I wouldn’t have to worry about having my car out for repairs multiple times. I really cannot recommend Corey and Megan, and all of the other staff, enough. If I could, I would give them a 100000/10 for making my life just a little easier during such a stressful time! I was lucky enough to upgrade my car over the holidays and after less than a month of having it... someone hits me. I was referred to Caliber by the other driver's insurance company and I was a bit wary at first (I wanted to take it to a dealership) but I looked at the reviews and went ahead with taking my car here and I am SO glad I did. The communication was top notch! I was so appreciative of how much they kept me in the loop of what was going on with my car. When there was something unique they needed to communicate, they did so. I always knew what was going on with my car throughout the whole process. They told me when it would be ready at the very latest, and it ended up being ready a few weeks early! I'm glad they told me the latest I could expect it, so I either wouldn't be disappointed or I would be pleasantly surprised (and I was!). And then when I got it back, they did an incredible job (they even cleaned the inside which I didn't expect!). It was also seamless getting my rental car. Once my car was finished with repairs, I just dropped off my rental there and they took care of getting it back. Although I hope my car never needs repairs again, if it does I'm taking it here.
