I’ve used Caliber Collision twice and they are the only collision center that I would recommend. They’re state of the art! My truck came out amazing both times and was ready to go on the day they told me it would be completed. Samantha was very professional and kept me up to date on the progress. They also take care of all the details as far as dealing with insurance companies. I highly recommend that you use Caliber Collision in the future!! I sent my son-in-law there and he was very happy as well!!!

The experience we received from Suzanne Milano, Office Manager, and Scott Smith, Service Advisor, of Caliber Collision, Utica, NY was outstanding. They explained the process for the repair, timeframe and how the insurance would work. They answered all questions and provided a drop-off time and how long they would have our car. They also advised they could expedite a "rental" car for us if needed. I have nothing negative to report with dealing with Caliber. We got our car on-time, repaired so the car looked like new. Our car was washed, the interior cleaned, and it was not stressful in working with a company that does excellent work and provided outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Everyone there is fantastic from the person at the counter (I’m sorry I don’t know her name), To Samantha and Scott. I did not have any work done there because my car ended up being totaled, but the caring service is beyond excellent. There is such a welcoming feeling when you walk in the place. The waiting area is very comfortable. They have coffee, water, and lots of snacks, including a popcorn machine! Samantha went over everything with me in detail, thinking that I was going to have work done. I have had work done there years ago and it was fantastic, including having my car detailed when I picked it up! Scott helped me clean my car out and get the plates off. He gave me so much excellent information. This is a fantastic collision shop and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We hit a deer with our 2022 4runner. It had 4500 miles on it. Caliber went above and beyond for us. They fixed the vehicle in a very timely manner and I have yet to find one single flaw. The paint matched perfectly and the body lines are perfect. We chose Caliber based on the positive reviews we read and the positive experience i had prior when it was Whitesboro Frame And Body. The customer service we received is what businesses should strive for. What a great business to deal with.

Very poor service and communication is poor. They had my car over a month and when I picked up it the door handle wasn’t working and had to come back. Manager is nice but takes no accountability for any mistakes.
