Amazing service and an overall awesome experience. From the moment you walk in the door you are greated by a sweet lady named Pam. Pam did amazing, she set up my rental car and contacted the responsible insurance. The day I dropped off my car Pam immediately called the rental car company to inquire how long they would be and when they didn’t show within 15 minutes she called again to follow up. I was picked up at Caliber by the rental company and was able to drop off the rental at Caliber when my car was finished. The service advisor Floyd did a great job as well, Floyd walked me through the damage and kept me updated during the repair process. The quality of work was amazing and you can’t even tell my car was in an accident. You can tell Caliber cares about their customers. I highly recommend Caliber. Amazing people, amazing work!

We can’t say enough about Caliber and their staff! From the time we dropped off the truck, we were greeted and welcomed by both the front office staff a the person in charge of the repairs! We received text throughout the process and they were even done early! The work was explained to us and told us of the warranty! We were very pleased and would go back if the need presents itself in the future!

They were able to get me into the shop the morning after my accident and not only did they gladly help me out Floyd took me outside and walked the car with me to assess the damage. I got information 24 hours later of the amount of the damage and about how long it would take to repair the vehicle. Floyd messaged me 2 to 3 times a week notifying me of the status of the vehicle and when they expected the repairs to be done. I received my car back 4 days ahead of schedule and they did a phenomenal job repairing the damage. Not only did they fix the car to where it looked brand new and where nothing had happened but they also vacuumed out my vehicle which they didn't have to do. Everyone there was extremely friendly the mechanics were very thorough and everybody treated me with the utmost respect. 100% recommend anybody looking for damage to get repaired to go to Caliber Collision in Marion they are amazing!

The team here is excellent! My car was damaged by a deer and my insurance could not cover the bodywork. I really appreciated Cole's communication, compassion, and guidance. I would highly recommend contacting Caliber Collision in Marion for collision repair. Great communication, very knowledgeable, and attention is paid to every detail from start to finish!! My Honda seemingly had minor damage in an accident. I brought it in on a Thursday and by Friday afternoon, Cole contacted me to let me know that the parts had been ordered and they would begin repairs on Monday. On Monday, the technician discovered that my Honda sustained substantial damage and would require major repairs and a longer time to repair. Cole called me with the news but had a plan of action. Pam helped me coordinate a long term rental. And they started the repairs. The entire repair process felt seamless to me from contacting and communicating with my insurance to scheduling and coordinating the repairs internally and with outside vendors, and keeping me updated throughout the process. Amazing!! AND when I picked up my car… it was cleaned inside and out! Caliber Collision is top notch!!! UPDATE to my earlier review: I called Caliber because I was having problems with my car’s electronic controls (glitching and not turning off, locking and unlocking). I took a video of what it was doing and they had it towed it to the shop. At the shop, they reviewed the video of everything relating to the repair and couldn’t see anything obvious that went wrong in the repair. Jordan (Manager) called me to let me know that it didn’t seem to be related to the repair but Caliber didn’t stop at that…They ran Honda diagnostics and found a code that could be related and researched it …Jordan called me and told me what he found and asked a few more questions. I told him that I had replaced 2 batteries within the last year and that I had problems with the locking mechanism which caused me to get the repairs done as soon as possible. The code was that the Body Control Module (BCM) had gone bad. The research he did showed that all of my issues related to the BCM going bad. He recommended that I confirm the code with Honda and brought the Honda himself to the dealer. They confirmed the code, ordered the part, and my car was fixed in a week!!!! Wow!! If I could give a 10 star rating or 5 + to Caliber in Marion I would. They went way above and beyond expectations and followed through the repair to make my car whole again. Wow! What repair shop does that in this day and age? Caliber in Marion does! Thank you so much!

I recently had to get some body work on my car, and Floyd and the rest of the team at Caliber Collision took great care of me! They were constantly updating me throughout the process, and they were even done multiple days before the expected finish day they gave me! Not only is their work good, but their customer service is off the charts as well, when my rental car was slow to come pick me up, they offered on of their employees to drive me to the rental car location!
