Great experience! Katherine at the front desk helped me make my appointment & emailed over the pre-appointment paperwork. Drop off was quick & easy. Justin texted me updates so I knew where they were in the process. After I picked it up I noticed one issue the next day; called & they told me to stop by. Chris the manager personally greeted me at the door & helped me fix the issue quick.

The whole team at Caliber Collision were great. Matt communicated the entire time of where they were at with my vehicle repair. My van looked great after the repair and they did a great job on detailing everything outside and inside, which I wasn't expecting! Great job! Caliber did a great job from start to finish. I was given a thorough explanation of what work would be completed and when I could expect my vehicle to be finished. I received updates throughout the entire process and the front desk staff made pick up and drop off quick and easy. My vehicle looked like new and the inside was even cleaned!
