We took our 2016 GMC to be repaired after an incident at our home. Repairs needed were both bumpers, both drivers doors, tailgate, fender, and hood. Truck was taken in July and was returned in October. I refused delivery a total of 3 times due to dissatisfaction with the repairs. The vehicle is now acceptable and appears to be done correctly. I want to personally thank Mya and Sierra for their excellent service throughout my experience with our repair. I’d love to leave a five star review, but I can’t. They did a decent job of repairing a front bumper, front fender and a headlight on my Subaru. However, they couldn’t get the bumper and fender to align properly, so the seams are crooked. The manager said it wasn’t good enough and told me to come back to get it aligned, and I did, a week later, and it still looks crooked (no improvement). Later, I noticed that the new headlight didn’t match the old one. So I replaced the old one with a part to match the new one. Gotta say, not impressed with their attention to detail or their willingness to make it look like it did pre-accident.★★★☆☆ 3 months ago
