My experience was great! They took their time to make sure that everything was calibrated and perfect before my car was returned. I really appreciate the text updates I got that let me know how the progress on my car is coming along. I also had a sensor that wasn't working and while they weren't paid to fix the sensor, they did anyways. 11/10 place, will definitely go here again (hopefully won't need to) and will recommend this place to other people as well!

I recently bought a Toyota Forerunner and not even two days off the lot I accidentally ran into a garbage can. I was completely heartbroken and called caliber collision because a friend had recommended them. I was in tears and feeling so embarrassed and overwhelmed. They met me with nothing but grace. The moment I walked in the team was incredibly kind and understanding the woman at the front desk didn’t just check in on me. She comforted me and talked to me through everything and truly helped me calm down. I knew that I was in good hands right away. They gave me an extremely fair and honest estimate and even worked with me to get my price to a place that I could manage. They kept me updated every step of the way and when I got my car back, it looked absolutely perfect. I couldn’t believe how good the work was and it only took them a few days. Fast forward two days later- I get into another fender bender with another car. The person who owned the other car went to another shop to get a quote and it was unbelievable for just a few scuffs. So I recommended that they go to caliber on commercial Street. Without hesitation, they looked at it. They took the car back and they buffed it out. They did this completely free. That kind of generosity integrity is rare and it means so much to me. I’m so thankful for the people at caliber collision. They have made an extremely stressful experience, feel manageable, and they’ve truly gone above and beyond for me not just once but twice now I will be recommending them to everyone. I know they’ve earned my trust my appreciation in my business for life.. thank you Caliber!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Caliber Collision, which was unfortunately recommended by our insurance company. I trusted that I’d be taken care of — instead, I left with a car that was unsafe, poorly repaired, and illegally on the road. To begin with, communication was terrible. Associates were rude and unprofessional. Requests for routine inspections after an accident was denied due to lack of equipment at the shop. This shop is not equip to deal with insurance claims. When I finally picked up the car, it was clear no one had inspected their own work either. There was still broken glass left inside the vehicle, which is unacceptable from both a safety and cleanliness standpoint. Even worse, they charged us for a new hatch, but very likely installed a used, scratched, and visibly damaged hatch instead — essentially committing fraud. The car was not road-safe or legal when we drove it off their lot. Not only is that dangerous, it shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. This shop clearly doesn’t check their own work, doesn’t care about safety, and has no problem charging for parts or labor that they don’t actually provide. Avoid this place at all costs — and if your insurance tries to send you here, push back and request a shop that actually takes pride in their work and prioritizes customer safety.

My car was finished later than expected, bad communication until I complained about it twice, told my car was inspected and cleared to go. But then I drove home in the dark and could barely see because my lights were faces all the way down. They said they had two people working on it and assumed the other person did it. Pretty annoying to deal with getting my car back late and not even in good condition.

Autumn & the whole team ( even regional management) were super helpful in resolving an issue that never got fixed properly over a year ago at a different caliber location back in my home town of Eugene.
