No service cars anymore what kind of service do they run now if they don’t offer cars when their own cars brake 2022 Chevy transmission out poor serviced never buying from them anymore . If you in the market for a new truck before buying make sure if they broke that are going to give you a car to ride . Stay away from this dealer .

Mike in service is unable to communicate effectively or take the concerns I have and make sure they are taken care of. Even emailed Kyle Read (owner) & no response. Even with the promise to rectify the situation was not taken seriously as he did not want to respond 😂

The service department has kept my parent's vehicle (Buick) for over 3 months in their repair shop; did not offer a loaner vehicle. What they did offer was nothing but excuse after excuse . I am super disappointed. Currently still awaiting repair and return of vehicle. Will not recommend this business!!! I Am considering reporting this business to the BBB!!!! If I could would give them a ZERO rating!!!!!!!

#AskForAndrea !! Since the day I went it, Andrea has been super helpful every step of the way. I walked in there feeling super stressed and nervous about my situation and she seems to always open up the doors for me. I am super thankful and know I will be back again. I don't have enough words to thank her for what she's done. She's definitely tried finding my best fit and has been super patient with me!

Brand new 2020 truck would not start. Had to have it towed in. The next morning when they finally looked at it, it started right up. The service person told us we need to read the manual on how to start it. We have owned it for almost 7 months, and are just now getting told how to start it. Lol was a joke capitol!!! I am I know most people by a brand new truck just to look at it for 7 months!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN- I was skeptical to work with them again after issues that I had years ago. Well once again U have proved to be less than stellar. Great job!!

This place is the worst ! They begged me to come back as a customer. I gave in and went back just to get the same treatment. Service department is the worse service department I have ever been to. I would not recommend this place ! Note: The service manager called me and apologized about his former employee actions and behavior. The guy that caused me to give a bad review is no longer there. Kudos to this service manager ! He is a class act. I will be taking my truck back to them.

Don’t take your vehicle hear unless you want a mechanic who doesn’t return calls and can’t fix anything. Repeat customer. Fed up. Finally taking my rig elsewhere.

This place sucks! I’ve called them Thursday and Friday left 4 messages each day with no call back. I have a 2020 Silverado with a water leak in the cab and needing service. I bought the truck here but apparently the service department doesn’t want to work on anything. Maybe I shouldn’t have told them about the leak, may be too much work for them!

Don't go here for a repair. I took my 2015 Chevy Spark here for a transmission flush. Three days later the transmission went out while I was driving from Oregon to California. I had to be towed to a dealership in Colusa, CA. They reported that the transmission fluid had not been filled after the service done. After at least a dozen calls to the service manager, I still did not receive a return call. I escalated it to the general manager. Still no return call after 3 attempts. I contacted Chevy Corporate. Still no call. DON'T USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE.

PAY ATTENTION TO THESE ONE STAR REVIEWS! There is certainly a pattern of service issues not being rectified and customer contact attempts being ignored. We have a 2020 Chevy Silverado with less than 25k miles on it as it is RARELY used. We have our daily commuters and the truck has occasionally been used for long trips (for the space and comfort) and to transport various items as necessary. The tires are original and it has only ever been serviced at Capitol Chevy. Approximately 2 years ago we had the tires rotated, at Capitol Chevy. The truck didn’t get used again for a while after that. When the truck did get used again, it was for a longer distance trip and my partner noticed the drivers side rear tire was losing some air, very very slowly. Not much was thought of it because it was such a slow leak. So we added air and finished the trip and then it sat for a while again. The leak in only one tire remained persistent though, so air was added as needed and we eventually took it to Costco to have them add air and see if there was a hole in the tire. Costco informed that the wheel itself was cracked and that because of said crack the bead wouldn’t seal which is why we were losing air. The tires themselves were fine. We were perplexed at how we got a cracked wheel! We were advised that we would have had to hit something very hard at the right angle to crack the wheel, but if that had happened there would certainly be damage to the tire. So, the conclusion was that the damage must have happened when the tire was off. The only time the tire was off was when it was on the lift at Capitol Chevy. MULTIPLE calls have been made and voicemails have been left for the manager at Chevy to discuss what we had been advised and to gather their expert opinion on the matter as well. My (soon to be) mother in law made the first call and was told she would be called back by a manager. She then forwarded said managers number to me, and I have called and left at least 4 voicemails with no return call. What would appear to be a business avoiding fixing a very expensive mistake. Not a risk worth taking. Find a more reputable service dealer. * Little update - we ordered and paid for a new 20” OEM machined black wheel to match the damaged one. Went to a local tire shop to have the original tire put on the new wheel (the tires that came on the truck when bought new are still in the “green”). They found zero damage to the tire after removing it completely. This confirms that the damage happened to the wheel while the tire was off which was only ever at this Capitol Chevy.

We had an issue with our Silverado while on 10 week National Parks adventure. A local mechanic recommend Capitol Chev as best service. And he was so RIGHT. From the initial call with Mark Fast until we got back on the road Mark was professional and kind. He promptly kept us updated and set realistic expectations for us. There was a hiccup with parts being delivered incorrectly and Mark handled it perfectly. One of the best service experiences we have had at any dealership. Thank you Mark and the mechanics at Capitol Chevrolet.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rude receptionists. Clueless phone agents, After they transfer you still a complete inability to return phone calls. Broken commitments time and time again. Impossible to schedule with. And with all of these issues why would you want to. Take your car anywhere else. Do not waste your time. These people make it next to impossible to do business with them. They obviously do not value you, your time, or your business.

Cost was really high, they also charge a sliding scale 3% feet for paying by card which is wild with enduring being so expensive. It’s does not take that much $$$ for card processing fees. Predatory. Also they randomly waved hand in direction my vehicle was in and left me search the lot all over for it and whoever parked it made it impossible to get in driver side, had climb through passenger and over.

Everything went smoothly. Took a walk to Home Depot while waiting and waited for a little bit in the waiting area (which is a nice place to wait). Got my vehicle back clean and with a report. Thanks for the service.

I got a cake to give to Aaron the service department manager to show my appreciation to him as a reflection of how I’ve been treated over the years regarding my Equinox, Traverse, and my Tahoe. May these feelings be reflected in this review. Accurate, and angry.

Please spend you money somewhere else. They are horrible at returning phone calls. You take your vehicle to get something fixed and it comes out worse. They supposedly try to fix their mistake and it comes the same, no difference. Its exhausting trying to get a dealership to get things right and they have you waiting all day with no calls back. I have not had good experiences here. I expected more for being a dealership.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to get my car fixed since September. They have had it 3 times for the same problem a month each time. They damaged my oil pan after the second time and other things under the hood. We get it back and all of a sudden the catalytic converter is having problems. It seems they are messing it up over and over. And guess what? A day after we get it back, and it’s been sitting in the driveway 95% of the time - the oil is still leaking. So over $5,000 later they still haven’t fixed it. Their service is trash as it takes them two weeks to even call about what is wrong, and only call if the customer calls. Their Toyota branch could give the Chevrolet side of things lessons on how to behave, especially towards women, and to do things right the first time. Instead, they took their top service person and put them at their new branch of Nissan replacing them with incompetence and the ability to talk down to women. I have spoken to customer care, their service manager that oversees them and the mechanics, but unless they are ready to start stepping up and fixing things right, I will never take this review down.

Long long long wait time!!! My appointment was 930 am. I had to find someone at 1130 to inquire of status. I was told they’ve just started on my vehicle. Another 1.5 hours and they say they are done. I don’t think they did anything to my vehicle it still has the same issue.
