This is hands down the best Auto Shop to go to for quality care and affordability! Don't waste your time, energy, and money anywhere else. They work with you and are great at communicating which I've had trouble with other shops in the past. I've been to numerous auto shops and I can tell when I'm being screwed over or simply over charged and I wasn't having to deal with such treatment here. These guys treat you like family and they car about you having a good running car. Can't rave about them enough.

I had issue smelling oil or something burning in my car, I was informed it could be a couple of issues, so I agreed to leave my car/suv, it took a couple of days, due to some parts needed, I was called and informed my car was ready. The staff was so polite and helpful and made you feel very welcomed, my experience here I would have to say I’m very satisfied and would definitely go back and have them to maintenance my car from here on out.

AJ’s is a lifesaver! My Toyota sounded terrible and they said I could swing by and they’d give it a listen. The alternator was probably 2 miles from dying and they fit me in the next day and got it all fixed up! They’ve been trustworthy, honest, and affordable through 4 vehicles! Can’t praise them enough!

Time for an oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle. With an appointment, this was accomplished while I waited. My second vehicle appears to have an oil leak following repairs from another repair shop. I asked for a second opinion of AJ's. Instead of charging to inspect and do the repair, staff encouraged me to check into warranty coverage with the prior repair shop. No sales pressure.

First of all the location is convenient for me ( with in walking distance if my work). I decided to use them because they have a contract to work on our company vehicles (government agency). I assumed they must do quality work at a fair price. I have taken two of my vehicles to them and the problems were fixed in a timely manor. The staff are friendly and they did not try to hustle me into getting additional work done , like other mechanics I have dealt with. They did provide me with an inspection summary and discussed with me their findings but did not try get me to schedule additional repair jobs. I did not shop around to compare prices with other shops but trusted them to not rip me off. I am happy with their work and will use them again when needed.

I could cry at how kind these guys are. As a young woman who is still learning about car parts and maintenance, they didn’t make me feel dumb or silly at all. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and patient. Multiple of them endured too long phone calls with me rambling on about anything and everything. They never made me feel like I was annoying or wasting their time. Seriously kind people here. These guys are super generous and I really appreciate the way they handled my repair. The windshield wipers on my car were completely broken. The actually assembly part was broken as well, rather than just the wipers. They explained the issue to me (more than once because I’m slow) and went over pricing with me before asking for permission to continue with ordering the par. It was very helpful to know all the details. Once I understood and agreed, they got the part and completed the repair in a day :)

I went back for an oil change on our primary car after two excellent experiences with AJ's. They did an excellent job once again. They have a hybrid expert on staff. They not only did the job but inspected the car and the dealer had put a filter in upside down! They also replace the rear wiper blade when they noticed it was falling apart. All this for $70! We highly recommend AJ's!
