Very disappointed in my recent visit to LeDoux! I've been using them for over 20 years, always had good service. They recently worked on my power steering and a major oil leak in my Honda Pilot. Horrible noise returned so I took it to another place for second opinion. The work they claim had been done, and which I paid $2000 for, was not done, or at least properly. I won't be going back to LeDoux.

My Kia has had a longstanding electrical problem I couldn’t get diagnosed (much less fixed) after throwing hundreds of dollars at two other local mechanics. I gave up on fixing it and was living with the problem. Well I brought my car to Ledoux’s for some unrelated maintenance, and while they were at it they found and fixed my electrical issue! This really saved me thousands of dollars, as I was on the verge of trading the car in. Vahn cares about the cars and customers, so I’ll be back.

Final update, Jan 2027 - bank sided with me and I got a full refund! Dec 2025 update - downgrade to 1 star: Three separate mechanics have reviewed the suggested work from this Ledoux's and told me that they were taking advantage of me. They claim my car has oil leaks that nobody else can find and they claim to have replaced a blend door that never seems to have been touched. The suggested work to fix the ghost leaks was an itemized invoice to essentially rebuild my engine but they are denying this now as they never specifically stated they needed to "rebuild the engine" but I still have the invoice so that's all semantics at this point. Vahn has remained stubborn through this entire process and insists that his shop is more reliable than the three others, which I have a hard time believing. I could tell he was feeding me a line so I declined all other work suggested so I could get a second opinion and dang, I'm glad I did! They will respond to this review with a phone number to call that I have called 3 times without a response btw I'm very disappointed, you can see how good the shop USED TO be. Old review I'm embarrassed about now: I had a great first experience at Ledoux's last week! I don't remember the name of the gentleman who scheduled my appointment but he was very friendly and polite. He got me an appointment first thing the following day. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Wendy who was so helpful and welcoming! She asked if I wanted a diagnostic run, I declined as I had a pretty good idea of what was going on, she informed me of the standard shop fee, then she let me know that they would call me with a quote once they sourced an alternator for me. Not even 30 minutes later Wendy called back with a quote, confirmed I didn't want a diagnostic, and that was that! I was able to pick up my car later the same day and things have been working great ever since. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and honest. I'll definitely be coming back to this shop if I need further repairs!

I think they do good work and would trust them with all my vehicles. My only complaint is lack of communication. A quick call or text to keep us updated when the car is in for several days would go a long ways.

The shop is too small for the amount of vehicles in for repair. Our repairs were only supposed to take two weeks, 5 weeks later they were NOWHERE ready to have it done. We decided to take our vehicle elsewhere so the shop said we only needed to pay for parts and get it towed off the lot. They actually tried to sneak in a charge for $2k in labor cost…?? When our next mechanic took a look at all of the parts we had been charged for, we were missing pieces… Every business gets negative reviews and yet this business only show the five star reviews on their website…a bit sketchy you think? Not willing to take ownership for less than great service? That speaks volumes in my opinion. One star given since our vehicles windows were smashed while in their care and they replaced them without fuss. 👍

disgusting service. i took my ford fusion in at the beginning of the month for a quick inspection because i was hearing noises from the front end. sounded like suspension. i dropped the car off at 9am an hour after they opened and the owner (vahn) tells me he’ll be able to fit us in his schedule. well i wait until 4pm, an hour before they close, and vahn tells me a tech of his steve took the car on a test ride and knows what’s going on he just didn’t tell vahn yet? you would think they would call me and let me know what happened when they found out but anyways. vahn told me he would call me RIGHT back before they close at 5pm. i wait 45 minutes and call again and vahn tells me they are staying open later to finish the cars they have that day. i wait 2 hours and drive past at 7pm and everything is locked and closed and i didn’t get a call. the next day i call them 5 minutes after they open and vahn tells me the same thing. “yea steve took it on a test drive but he’s working on another car right now i’ll give you a call in 5 minutes”. I then show up at 8:30 after not getting that call right back and demand my keys back. after he gave me the keys he tellls me a list of parts and says it would be about $4,000 to repair the car. he said the exact words “the whole front end is falling out of the car”. the cherry on top is i take pictures of my dash and outside of the car when i drop it off at ANY shop just to be safe and someone at ledoux’s took my car on a 40 mile test drive. i’d call that a joyride but whatever. i knew him saying all this to me was a last ditch effort to hold onto the car for some reason so i just left and took the car to les schwabs. they told me they tightened a couple things and that the car might need new tie rods ($250 job) in a couple months and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. i will never go back to this shop and will not recommend another one of my customers to this shop ever again!

Beware, this owner cares nothing or feels he is not responsible for keeping your vehicle safe from theft or damage. Your vehicle is/or could be left out for days /weeks exposed to theft and/or vandalism and holds you the responsible party. Over Memorial day weekend, my vehicle and nine others in his lot were broken in and damaged along with theft. The owner chooses not to secure you hard earned property from local theft in the area and will do nothing for you to cover the damage. Its unfortunate that this my first and last time coming to this shop, but if the owner is out to screw you on your property that is in his control why worry about your property to save a couple of bucks when at the end could cost you thousands more.

We needed an emergency radiator repair as well as several other things, and LeDoux was recommended to us. The folks were SO nice and helpful. They broke down all needed repairs and how immediate each need was, so that we could decide how much we’d have repaired. There was a lot to do so it took a little longer than first expected, but the job was done well. I feel much safer having my daughter drive the car after their work. I definitely recommend LeDoux.

So disappointed! Brought my vehicle in last week because of a slight hesitation I felt when accelerating that triggered a check engine light (p300). After the alleged diagnostic test I was informed that I would need to have my fuel injectors replaced. To complete the service it was also mandatory that I have my spark plugs replaced (which had already been replaced) along with some sort of "air induction service " for a grand total of $2540.36. Picked up my vehicle a few days later only to experience the exact same issue minus the check engine light which returned the next morning. I brought the vehicle back & was told that the mechanic would inspect it "with a fine toothed comb". About a half hour later I received a call informing me that my issue could be 1 of many other things and was told that I could just pick my vehicle up after expressing that I was not interested in any other services that I would be charged for. I feel bullied and robbed. No compensation for anything. What was the point of the "diagnostic testing "? I do not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances.

I took my Jeep to Ledoux's automotive to advise mechanic a clicking noise was. They estimated it was coming from the timing chain or engine. I had just paid over $3,000 at another repair shop that didn't do a proper job at all. Anyway they did a better check on my issues, felt the other repair shop added to the issue, etc. Ledoux's manager and mechanic were and are very informative and guided me on the problem. I must say I have a very confident experience with them. I intend to take my truck to them for maintenance and check once my Jeep is done. Thank you Ledoux's for everything.

I came in for the first time to have an oil change done on my vehicle. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was a snafu. When they called to tell me my car was ready. Apparently they missed dialed and left a voicemail on the wrong number, so I was not informed my car was ready and they closed for the night leaving me without a vehicle. That said I did hear back first thing in the morning to the message I left and they resolved the issue at that time… aside from some stress and scrambling to try to rearrange my day until I could get my car back. Overall, I believe it wasn’t innocent mistake, and I will give them another chance in the future.

I initially gave 2/5 stars without a review. I’ve had two bad experiences but initially I thought neither was worth saying anything about. I had a bad experience in the past with a replaced seatbelt where they didn’t actually fix the problem. And the only problem with my latest experience was their lack of communication. I was told I would hear back a certain day and I had to call them instead. At least I thought that was the only bad part. Upon getting the car back I felt like the brakes still felt a little weird and had to go get something else small fixed anyway so I had another inspection done. It turns out that while I paid for both sets of brakes to be replaced and serviced, only one set was done properly. This shop didn’t even bother swapping one set of brake fluid and charged me for the full service anyway. As far as I’m concerned this shop owes me about $1K for not actually giving me the service I paid for. And hundreds more for having to get my brakes serviced for a second time in a week. But I doubt they will own up to it just like they didn’t own up to the seatbelt many years ago. I guess a call out on the internet will have to do.

Excellent service, expertise, and transparency I highly recommend this automotive business to anyone who owns an Audi or a European vehicle. I brought my Audi Q5 in with significant oil issues that turned out to be far more complex than initially expected. The team took the time to dig deeper, thoroughly diagnose the problem, and ultimately discovered an issue deep within the engine that needed to be replaced and reworked. The repair required extensive labor, parts removal and reinstallation, and coordination with a welder — it was not a simple fix. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly patient, transparent, and helpful. They clearly explained what was happening, why the work was necessary, and what each step involved. I never felt left in the dark, and their customer service skills were excellent from start to finish. While the repair was a significant investment, it was absolutely worth it. Thanks to their expertise and attention to detail, my older Audi is now in great shape and should last me for several more years — something I wouldn’t have thought possible without their willingness to go the extra mile and look beyond the obvious issues. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, honest, and highly skilled mechanics who truly understand Audi and European vehicles, this is the place to go. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
