My first visit to Capitol! Want to Do an Express oil change. I called a few days B4, quoted $62 for serving my sienna. When I made my reservation for next week, the service quoted me $77!! I told him I was quoted $62 for a 5 qt regular oil service! That's VERY deceiving! No wonder I Don't go to the dealerships! What a Scam!!😡

They decided to do the job when I showed up without an apt..,however, I was charged almost $200.00 to have a battery and a cabin filter replaced...this is unacceptable. Didnt give me anything for the battery, instead charged me $18.00 to put a new one in and $18.00 to put the cabin filter in. Why are you charging seperate labor on this when it was the same person and didnt take long to do. I have only taken my car to you since I bought it there almost 7 years ago because I felt it was the best for my car, but now Im not so sure. Anyway, the gentlemen that took my car were very nice and professional. Thank you

Well, this my 1 complaint, I had 9 a.m appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, which I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived at my scheduled time there were all kinds of cars there. When I finally got to pull forward and talk to somebody I was told it would be 2 to 3 hrs to service my car. So I am thinking what is the point of scheduling an appointment if they either over booked their appointments or just let people who just show up that morning go in front of you? They did however offer us a lyft ride to take us back home and then pick us up at home and take us back to the dealership, which was much appreciated. And our service helper was friendly. Wish I could give a higher rating but not sure why about their appointment system. They may need to rethink that.

I had my service completed on May 17,2023 (yes I’m a bit late in posting) and Elijah was the technician that assisted me. He even remembered my “mouse issue” I had a year earlier!! He was very polite, patient, professional, quick, and friendly. I like doing business with this guy, I sure wish he could be the technician I have every time!! The other individual I’d like to give a shout out to is, ANGIE the cashier. She saved the day for me when I tried using the vending machines but something was askew with the card reader and I was toooo short. She did me a favor and purchased my two chocolate Candy bars, bcuz she couldn’t get the card reader to work and I didn’t have cash. Kudos to you Miss Angie!!!

Only took an hour for multi-point vehicle inspection, oil and filter change, tire rotation, along with the free checking of my battery and car wash. People working there are so nice, and it is a bonus that you get free flavored coffee, tv, station for charging your phone, a room for children to browse books, and a decent size area for things they sell.

Shout out to the salesmen Abraham! who has been so patient with us and willing to do anything to make sure the vehicle we purchase is the one that we would buy! I brought my Toyota in for an oil change on 8/30 and when I left the air conditioning is completely broken. It's extremely disappointing when I bring my vehicle in for a basic service, and leave with it being in worse condition than when I brought it. I'm hopeful that the dealership will do something to make it right. Update: the dealership did nothing to make it right. Every time I bring my car here for maintenance it leaves with something new wrong or broken. Customer service is also terrible. When I pull in with my car they ignore me for about 10 minutes until I have to approach an employee to ask to be helped even though I set an appointment ahead of time just as they ask. 0/5 stars, I hate it here.

I won’t come here again. After damage was found to my vehicle, I later learned this dealership has a policy where they unplug customers dashcam’s. There’s no excuse in hiding your work and lack of transparency. Horrible customer service unplugging/touching customers property you weren’t authorized to. I strongly urge you to stay away from this shady type of business practice!

I traded in my 4Runner for a Prius (October 2023). I only had trucks before this so I had lot of anxiety. I was nervous about trading in my old reliable for an unknown and the jump from off-road rugged and big to road focused and small. From Matt Voisine their Hospitality Coordinator who recommended Capital Toyota to us, to Kristina Minahan in Sales, to Jonathan Robles in the Service Department, you all made the transition between vehicles a joy and maintenance since then, effort less. Mr. Robles was a professional even when he had to deal with my overreaction (I was an impatient jerk on the phone) to a minor issue recently. He was also kind in accepting my apology when I came in this morning to remedy the simple issue. Thank you for your down to earth kindness and dedication to your customers.

I went to 2 other places to have my tired looked at. They were able to patch it. Toyota dealer said it wasn't watchable, it would cost me over 30p dollars to replace. The tire doesn't even have 10,000 MLS on it.

Amazing customer service from service representatives, the low review has nothing to do with customer service and is about how hard it is to schedule an appointment online and what express service is to capital toyota. To use the service sceduling function you have to select multiple different service writes just to see what appointments are available available within a day making it unclear if you scheduled the earliest availabe appointment. I think the options within the service would confuse many as it is asking about interior and exterior exact part replacement. Also not sure if the company should be advertising express service. When I showed up this morning a representative of the service department let me know it could be hours to wait for an oil change, and this was for a person who showed up and was even told this before they open at 7!?!?!. If you do not schedule an appointment and show up for express service, expect to wait hours is the companies as this is the definition of express the company provides. Hopefully capital can address this in the future as everything else about this company is 5 star so far. The sword upstairs should tottaly be brought down for customers to have the chance to appreciate I ended up raising this to 3 star as the time was actually way better than advised in the beginning. However the sceduling feature still needs work. If you get a chance to work with David Marquez he is an amazing individual and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Scheduled an appointment for 1:00 came in waited 10 minutes with being the first car in the lane and no one came over to get us checked in. Went in and said we had an appointment and were directed that someone would be with us shortly and waited again and no one came over to still get us checked in we ended up leaving.

I've been taking my vehicles to this service center for nearly twenty years and always have excellent service. However, my recent visit and Service Advisor, Ramon Garza, deserve gold stars. I needed an emergency service on my mom's car that had water damage due to a leaking sunroof. Not only did they fix the leak, but Ramon went above and beyond to get her car back in shape. Not only did it leave the center MUCH better than when I brought it in but he worked with me to negotiate a price that my mom could afford on her fixed income. Best Service Experience Ever!

I’m always impressed by the service we receive here. One time, service took a little longer than expected because I needed some other services. I had my toddler with me and they bought us lunch at the pizza stand on site. They have a beautiful area with picnic tables, all covered. And tons of snacks and drinks. We also just discovered they got a pancake maker for guests. My toddler loves going to the “car doctor” now. And keeping a little one happy during an hour wait is not an easy task. Thank you for making this place so pleasant to visit! My only request would be getting a small play structure for kids out in the grassy area, but I know that’s a big ask.
