I called bright and early on a Saturday morning to see about some same-day service. Made an appointment for 1:00 and they checked me in about 12:45. Told me it would be close to done by around 3:00 and I was driving out of there @ 3:30. All in all, I was really impressed with their ability to juggle pop-in customers with the normal flow. It was a good experience and good staff!

I've had the owner do multiple exhaust systems off of me telling him the tone and volume I wanted coming from my car and he's nailed it every time. Of course it comes with a cost because cheap things are not good; And good things are not cheap; Here things are worth every penny.

I didn’t have a great experience in this shop. I came in for a brake quote and they first took my keys and took down my information then they put the car on an elevated platform finally after an hour of waiting the guy said he will give me a quote. I was surprised with the quote he was charging $1000 for the front brake only, very expensive he was pushing for me to agree to the work I said that it was expensive and I was going g to get other quotes finally he charged me for the estimate and gave me my keys. Avoid this place its a rip off I ended up replacing my brakes for only $300 with another mechanic.

I typically do all my own work on my vehicles, and I rarely trust anybody else to touch them. That said, there's some things I'm not equipped to handle and BMS has come through for me several times at this point. They are honest, knowledgeable, fast, fair, friendly, and effective. That ticks all the boxes for what I need from a mechanic. They've become my go-to for things I can't do myself, and I'm sure they'll take care of you too.

I came in on a Saturday morning needing someone to weld in a resonator I purchased into a straight section of my trucks after market exhaust system. I arrived and was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. I explained my situation and in no time, my resonator was getting welded just like I asked and I was on my way out to fix my truck all in about 30 minutes. Awesome service! These guys are great and very well priced! These guys made my day a whole lot easier!

Needed to get a quote for exhaust/heat shield issue. They were able to get me in same day, showed me exactly what the issue was while my car was on the lift, and was able to get me in the next morning for the fix. Fair price for quality and innovative work. Benjamin was clear and concise with his assessment and offered me options on how to fix the issue. They have a customer for life with me. This is an excellent shop.

Service was okay but when they found what was wrong with my car I never got an update or anything and they decided to weld off my catalytic converter and I install and new pipe they never called to see if that was okay. I show up thinking I would pay $166 for the total quote given plus $90 or so for the vehicle diagnostic. I show up and they charged me over $600. No call for approval or anything before they started working on my vehicle. I was in shock

Has a Serpentine belt fail late in a Fri afternoon. They are open on Saturdays so being from far out of town, We appreciated them having it fixed by noon that next day. Had we had to wait until Monday; it would have created great hardship for motel & food for 3 nights. Nice men there and they are reasonably priced. If you break down in a car that is out of warranty in Salem Oregon give them a call.

Wish I could give no stars. In my opinion this was the worse shop experience I have ever had. I took my vehicle in there and said it has a oil leak and a power issue. My first comment was it has a oil leak and shared what I thought was wrong with it. He didn't fix my oil leak and the part it did fix was marked up almost 375%. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I understand they need to make a profit but 375% is outrageous. Especially since now I paid a huge amount of money and still have a oil leak. The price he quoted now for my oil leak that was allegedly repaired the first time in the shop is a 1600% markup. I can not speak for anyone else's experience. This is just my opinion based on my experience with the shop. I wanted to warn customers to be careful. I am responsible for my company's fleet of vehicles and I have never had this kind of a experience before.

I have used these guys a few times and always been amazing. Sadly last time I went to go to them It was a Saturday morning I checked the hours on Google and said they were open. So I drive an hour and I get there around 10 and they were closed. For the day. Wasn’t happy with that at all. I really needed the work done for big northwest Subaru meet. Sadly I have to make some janky exhaust. Shocked I didn’t get kicked out of the autocross for it. Pics are from 2 years ago when they put a muffler on my old outback

I have had BMS put custom exhaust on maybe 10 Vehicles over the years, they have always taken very good care of me, quality work at a fair price, I will not go anywhere for my exhaust needs! 5/5 stars! Highly recommend!!!
