Left deep scratches on my windshield in the area they repaired. Told my insurance company they were pre-existing. I just cleaned my windshield and applied rainX two days prior. Those were not there. Do not go here.

Very pleased with Speedy Glass. I spoke to Jennifer who got us scheduled. Our car was unfortunately broken into. There was not delay in scheduling and got our window replaced within a hour or two. I would go back to them if I needed services from them in the future. It is hard to find great customer service and was happy we got the help we needed and in a timely manner. Other glass places I called had to order our window in and wanted to charge us for shipping. I'm glad Speedy Glass worked with us and made this experience smooth.

Put my appointment off twice, in which case I couldn't get a ride back because of scheduling. Decided to wait as it was my only option. Upon arriving on time for said appointment reception questioned if I would be waiting in which case I responded I had to. She then proceed to tell me that today was going to be extra long wait for some training purposes. I explained I would still be waiting as I had no other choice. She then went to get the technician who I've been waiting to come to work to receive the new windshield. He then explained that he probably wouldn't be able to finish as there might be too much rust in which case I would have to then go to a body shop. Ok... " Could you come look "? Technician " No, there's no way to tell! In conclusion Speedy Glass gave me the impression they didn't want to do it whatever the cause was. I won't be going back and I'll be telling everyone about the experience.

This place is great and the staff were friendly and professional. I needed my driver's side window replaced and thought it would take a while, but they were able to get me in the next day. In the meantime, they covered the broken window for me and vacuumed up the glass which was much appreciated! They have a window viewing area into the garage and it's clear they take great care and pay attention to detail. My new window looks and functions perfectly, I'm very happy with it. I chose them because of all the good reviews and they definitely met my expectations!

Made an appointment 1 week ago, fast forward to today, 3 hours before my scheduled appointment they call and cancel because the 1 tech assigned to my job called in sick... now they want me to wait another week to 2 weeks.. as a business you hold your schedule, have another tech do that job. Make it right, but speedy wont. Shopping elsewhere

I had my windshield replaced last year. It was fine. Yesterday, I got a huge rock into the windshield. Yikes! I contacted my insurance company, who made an appointment with a local company. They could NOT get the broken windshield out! Speedy Glass took a few shortcuts and it outcome is dismal.

My truck was stolen in Salem from Home Depot of all places and luckily it was recovered, but the driver side window has been broken out glass everywhere. I called speedy glass and Jazžmin was able to get me in right away. The guys in the shop had it ready in about 45 minutes, and they vacuumed up all the glass. It was on the interior and cleaned up the inside of my Truck. It was really nice to get into it when they were done and it to be clean the window in place. They did fabulous work. The price is on point super nice place if you need glass work that’s the place to go. And let me tell you when you walk in and you’re greeted with Jazžmin and her smile and she’s so sweet. It’s just makes your day..

So I went here today to have my windshield replaced, after waiting 3 hours they finally gave me my car back... With a whistling windshield. They didn't do it right. When I called to complain, they said "it's supposed to sound that way" .. I got on the phone with Allstate and complained and told them what happened and we have it scheduled to be replaced at a different shop in a different town next week. But just as a note I don't recommend that shop anymore to anyone. Also the kid behind the counter had the lights off and his feet up on the desk all day. Not a very professional environment. I used to like this place, but I can't stand it anymore.

They replaced the windshield in my 2018 ram 2500. I paid out cash and it was under $400 dollars. I went with an after market glass but it looks identical to the OEM on. They accurately stated it took about 2 hours. The lady that helped me at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the process from start to finish.
