Shop And Staff we’re Nice And Clean Enjoy My Visit There Very Professional BUT The Only Problem I Found went By Shop to Show Wife Where The Location Was Gate To car Storage Area Was Wide Open Called Answering Service to no Avail on The 3rd Call 6hours Latter was Supposed to Get A Call From District Manager To No Avail Also There Was Several Cars And Truck Open To Any Shady Activity The Location Of This Facility is Very isolated on Weekends

The service we got was so pleasant . They are constantly updating us with any changes in the process so no surprises. I like that they follow up on us after the repair. All other shops I’ve worked with you’re forgotten about until you need them again. It was a simple process. Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an appraisal (fender damage). Given the option to leave the Jeep or drop off at a later, more convenient time but I went ahead and left the Jeep. I was given a possible date of completion ( 9/16 - 9/30 ). I received calls and text on a regular basis letting me know status of repairs. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and I picked up the Jeep on 9/23.

My car was rear ended and have damage to the bumper, it took awhile before I’ve took it to the shop. They were nice people working there Ive would recommend everyone to this place. Their service to my car was excellent because my car came out with a new bumper plus with they repaint the side of my car as new with new sticks too.
