Recently, someone tried to steal our KIA. They broke the back window and messed up the steering column and sinal switches. Caliber Collison fixed everything, but when we picked it up, both headlights were out. Ironically, it had nothing to do with the brake in, but Chris replaced them without charging us labor! We are so grateful!!

The reason I’m giving this review a one star review was after my partner and I’s past visits to Calliber Collision regarding one claim multiple times and they always seem to fail their job in one way or another. the first time they painted my car, they painted it the wrong shade of green and parked it in the shade to try and hide the fact that my car was two different colors. i asked them to fix the issue, which they did, but a month after the work was done my paint started flaking off, they tried to tell me it was rock chips and it was my fault, but they would fix it regardless. but never called to arrange anything with me, after months of pestering them i got it fixed. but on arrival of pickup i was informed that they would no longer be honoring my “lifetime warranty”, he proceeded to say “if anything similar damage was to happen and it will happen” i was on my own. i’ve had my car back for a month and the paint is already cracking in multiple areas. This portion of the review is customer service based: When discussing the car issues to the agents, they seem so careless and rude. The reason we go to calliber is to fix our means of transportation it’s not for fun, not having your car is stressful enough and leaving your car in the hands of people you do not trust is equally as stressful especially to receive it in not good conditions. The whole team lacks empathy for their clients Attached are pictures of the car’s paint showing damage after less than one month of painting.

7/24/23 update, Vehicle still not completely repaired, further damages as a result of Calibers unauthorized teardown. Frustrated yet determined to move forward as they're totally responsible for repair damages and emotional distress.. BBB & California Bureau of Automotive Repair etc. 3/17/23 Ford Mustang brought in for visual estimate through auto accident SF insurance claim. 3/21, received a call of estimate completion, confirmed I'd be there after work etc. Upon arrival (close to closing) I was introduced to Frank R. who provided the estimate along with pamphlet showing how mustang would be repaired bonded, cut etc. I explained I would be back to have vehicle towed to second auto body shop for second estimate as this was recommended by State Farm claims adjuster- Frank gently assured me they could do the work and get started right away! I declined, as a second estimate was necessary for a few reasons. Frank estimated though Ford Certified, had done roughly 5 Mustangs.. 3/23, I called to confirm I was on my way to pick up vehicle via tow and was asked by Frank if I could come by Monday, 3/27 as he was headed out and preferred me to deal directly with him. 3/27 - I arrived and met by Frank, began making tow arrangements with Triple AAA when Frank shared they're going to bring my vehicle to the front of shop and where would I like my bumper ???? At that moment I knew something was wrong as my bumper had not been damaged or impacted by car accident. I canceled tow took a moment to grab my documents as I knew I hadn't authorized anything other than an your basic visual estimate. I proceed asking if I may see my vehicle and to my distraught surprise my Mustang had been dismantled, Right rear panel removed, Large hole cut out, bumper head lights gone, back seats removed, trunk gutted etc. All unauthorized by myself owner of vehicle or State Farm Insurance. I remove myself from business and said I'd be back as I was in shock and not sure as to how to properly handle the current situation. Immediately, reached out to my attorney seeking understanding etc. 3/31, calls attempted by attorney to Caliber Collision hadn't been returned so I reached out to Caliber Collision and was successfully able to speak with Manager Kyle - Kyle, confirmed paperwork had indeed gone through a few service technician hands as the primary person Stephanie, handling claim left on vacation. By the time it reached Frank R., he believed he had the green light to start the process. Manager Kyle, offered to pay my $500 deductible and coverage of rental if I'd allow them to repair my vehicle. I indeed didn't want them to do any repairs as I previously had my options and now my rights had been violated.. 4/19, Left message with corporate office to speak with Chief Operations Manager. Waiting on a return phone call-

I chose Caliber Collision because of the reviews, and I must say they're not exaggerated. I worked with Steve whom held my hand and was extremely informative and patient every step of the process including ensuring that working with the adjuster goes well. I LOVE MY BMW, she's beautiful and received it a few days earlier than expected. I am VERY HAPPY with the attention and service given, as well as the outcome of my car. They do good work but don't go that extra mile to take care and make sure the customer is 100% happy. I went in for a bumper replacement due to damage on freeway. It was an insurance claim. So the whole bumper got replaced and painted except these two small trim pieces that weren't damage so those didn't get replaced or painted to match. Now I have a brand new bumper and freshly painted that looks like new with two old looking trim pieces that stand out and doesn't look good. They said they couldn't do it cus they weren't damaged. Tellesis Collison Center in the other hand a few years ago when my bumper got damaged due to semitruck piece of fire in the freeway. They whole bumper didn't get damaged also and they replaced the bumper and painted the whole bumper. They didn't nickel and dimed me.

I’d never been through a collision repair before, so I had no idea what to expect. Steve and the entire team at Caliber were incredible. They went above and beyond—not only repairing the damage, but returning my car in better condition than before the accident. They detailed it from top to bottom and even replaced a faulty floor mat without me asking. I’ve never met a more capable or attentive group, and while I hope I never need collision repair again, Caliber will be my first call.

First I would like to start by saying my vehicle is my baby and was heartbroken when she was involved in an accident. With that being said I have very high expectations that are usually not met by anyone, harsh, but that’s just how I am. However I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received at Caliber. Every interaction from when I got there to when I picked up my vehicle was just perfect. They have great communication. I never felt out of the loop and frequently got texts notifying me of every step my car was in. As for the repairs, everything was perfect. The paint matches seamlessly you can’t even tell the difference and believe me I looked very closely. I also had to get my tire replaced and they even remembered to replace my tire cap with the original custom one I had. I know that is something so small a trivial but it’s a detail that is important to me, because when I have replaced tires in the past elsewhere they always take mine off and keep them. I’ve had to go back to shops to get my tire caps! So I appreciate that they even noticed and replaced them as I’m sure that is something so easily overlooked by others “just doing their job.” They really when above and beyond and am soo happy with my repairs. Although I hope to never have to get my car repaired again, but on the off chance I do I will 100% come back here and shall anyone else need repairs on their car I will sure send them to Caliber Collision on La Quinta Lane.
