I brought my brand new car in to Caliber collision because it was keyed in a parking lot. My service advisor Mathew Hammerly was very detailed and walked me through the extensive process of the work that will need to be done to repair the scratch. When I dropped it off for the repair it felt like they started on it almost as soon as they pulled it in the garage. I recieved updates through out the process and with as much work that needed to be done I got my car back with in a few days and I cant tell it was ever repainted. I would recommend this shop they were very customer service oriented and made sure I knew how everything was going with my repair. Compared to other shops I have used in the past this is the only one I will ever use again and would highly recommend. The quality of the job it very high quality.

Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations—they finished my car much sooner than I anticipated, which was a huge plus for me. I truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail they put into the repairs. When I got my car back, friends and neighbors even complimented it, with some thinking I had bought a new one! I’m thrilled that it looks just as good as when I first purchased it.

If you have a high end car, do not take your car here. I made this mistake. Wait for a high end shop. They don't know what they are doing here. My car came back 2 months late with new issues. They refinished a wheel and the paint is already peeling less than 3 months later and the color match was horrible to begin with (compare the one they "repaired" to one they didn't touch). Not to mention the first time I picked the car up it had to go back because they damaged the wheel again when mounting it. It was obvious that they were just hoping I wouldn't notice. My dash creaks everywhere. My auto wipers no longer work. Horrible communication throughout the entire experience, extremely dissatisfied. I will tell everyone I know and work with to stay far away from this place.

Terrible experience and my car was returned to me with new suspension damage that wasn’t even related to the rear end collision I was in the shop for. Poor communication and customer service. I’m still figuring the insurance for them to send my car to a knowledgeable shop for repair. If you don’t drive a basic Honda or Ford, I would highly recommend doing your research and finding a shop that works on cars that are not basic.

I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Brad, the estimator, was incredibly helpful—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to walk me through the insurance process, kept me updated along the way, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I really appreciated how clear and communicative they were throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here or recommend them to anyone needing auto body work. Huge thanks to Brad and the entire team!

******* INSANE OVERCHARGE ******* I came in to get my drivers side mirror fixed for my 2021 Honda. They quoted me $1200 saying that for a $79 part it would take them 7.9 hours to fix and 4.9 hours to repaint. I ordered the part, watched a YouTube video, and fixed it myself within 2 hours having known nothing about cars. And btw there was nothing to repaint. Don’t let these scammers overcharge you.

I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision! The drop-off process was seamless, and they made everything so easy. Throughout the repair process, they kept me updated daily, if not every other day, on the status of my car. Even though I was going through an insurance claim, the expenses were communicated to me clearly, and there were no surprises. They also coordinated with Enterprise for my rental car, and I was able to conveniently drop it off at Caliber when my repairs were done. My car was cleaned inside and out, and they thoroughly explained all of the repairs. The whole process took about two weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. All of the associates were friendly, professional, and very thorough. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t trust Caliber to repair a rental car, let alone one that I cared about. The quality control here is horrible. Nobody seems to check anyone else’s work and all they do is deny and deflect when you point out an error. My 2000 4Runner was in a minor accident with a city bus. The bus clipped the front bumper of the vehicle, scraping the bumper, loosening it, and damaging a fog light and signal lens. After 3+ weeks at Caliber the vehicle was returned with the bumper installed incorrectly. It was lopsided–hanging an inch lower on one side and skewed to the left so bad that it stuck out about an inch beyond the fender on one side while being recessed on the other. It was very clear that no one had even bothered to check the vehicle after it was reassembled. When the mistakes were pointed out, both the Estimator and General Manager (ParkHill, CO Location) tried to claim that that was the way the truck is. They kept talking about how old the truck is “It is 25 years old.” After refusing to accept the vehicle as is was, they were eventually able to get the bumper set properly. So maybe, it wasn’t the truck’s age after all. Next, the driver’s door, which was not impacted in the accident. They had apparently painted /clear coated the door without filling or sanding chips. So now the paint on the drivers door is pitted. Again, there was no accident damage on the door to begin with but they still decided to paint / clear coat it without proper prep and obviously no quality check after. After driving the vehicle, I noticed that the driver’s side mirror no longer adjusted. They had removed the mirror to paint and after reinstalling, it no longer worked. When asked about correcting it, Caliber refused saying they won't fix it because the motor inside is old. Again, it worked fine before they got their hands on it. In-door control system still works perfectly for passenger mirror. The manager also noted that it took the technician half-a-day longer than expected to put the bumper back together...as if that would somehow make it better. When I pointed out that if they don't know how to fix older vehicles, than maybe they shouldn't agree to work on them in the first place. He replied, "Possibly." My mistake was ever bringing this truck, or any vehicle, to them in the first place. I had always been told by neighbors that they were overpriced. What I didn’t know is that the expense doesn't seem to pay for quality control. If you bring a vehicle here to be repaired, especially if it’s more than 15 years old, you will only have yourself to blame.

Our experience with Caliber Collision was outstanding from intake to pick up and everything in between. Austin handled our repair and was thorough and knowledgeable regarding the entire process. The vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and the car came back looking like new. Their affiliation with enterprise rental makes the process of using a loaner car very convenient. I recommend Caliber Collision for your repair needs.

Damage to left side of my vehicle when it was hit in a parking lot. Collision repaired it to where it looks like new. Great people to deal with. They were all friendly and professional. They did what they said they would do and did it well in a timely fashion. I probably don’t have to say, but I will: I highly recommend Collision.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT QUALITY WORK OR AVOIDING ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. I don’t even know where to begin with how dissatisfied I am with my experience at Caliber Collision. The quality of work and communication throughout the entire process were extremely disappointing. My car was hit by a scooter, and I brought it in to have the driver-side rear door replaced. After paying my deductible, I was told the repair would take about 2–3 weeks. When I picked up the car, I immediately noticed that the bottom few inches of the new door had been painted with a rough texture. When I asked about it, they claimed all 4Runner and Tacoma doors had this coating to protect from rock chips. I pointed out that none of the other doors on my car had it, and they admitted it was a mistake. I had to bring my car home and then return it the following week for them to fix the issue. After three days, they said it was ready again. This time, I noticed dust particles painted into the clear coat, visible color bleed from the previous paint, and several other small blemishes. On top of that, each time I picked up my car, there were new scratches on areas that hadn’t been touched. I know exactly what scratches were on my 4Runner before dropping it off, and there were at least five new ones. Again, they admitted fault, and I had to drop the car off yet again. For the third time, I returned my car for repainting. This repair took six business days, and once again, there were new scratches—this time on the rear bumper. At this point, I didn’t have the energy to argue further and took my car home. Overall, I am incredibly dissatisfied with my entire experience at Caliber Collision. The repeated mistakes, poor workmanship, and additional damage to my car are unacceptable. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere if you value quality and care.

Do not let these people work on your car. Even after 2 years I'm finding ways they improperly 'repaired' my car. After my repair, I asked caliber to look at a rattling in the door that they had replaced. They claimed to find nothing. Well, finally getting fed up with this sound that was clearly there, I took my door apart and found they installed a not only blown speaker, but a composite speaker where there should have only been a woofer. My repair took took so long as there was apparently no headlight that fit to be found. This search went on for months until I was the one to find a headlight that fit their criteria. In no world should I have been the one to have to find my own part. Not to mention, after work had been done on my car, I was changing my tires and found that something happened while my car was away and the bolts were now stripped on the same area of the car they did work on. I had to replace my caliper because of this (they did the swap for me, though I did have to buy a new caliper and they took no responsibility... Why did they offer to replace my caliper then?). Lastly, my right side cornering light has not worked since the repair. Really not worth the hassle... Best to find somewhere that stands behind their work.

This was my second time getting a car repaired. Both times I was able to get my car in for service right way. I was communicated with regularly about the progress. My car repairs (new bumper/paint) was completed ahead of promised time frame. They cleaned my vehicle inside and out! They worked with my insurance (USAA) immediately and handled billing them directly making that process easy and smooth.
