This wonderful group of people were very informative and kept me up to date every step of the way! The manager, Kevin, made sure the parts fit nice and snug and didn’t accept any parts that didn’t!! I highly recommend this team for all your body work and paint!

I’ve been here twice with my TRD pro. Both times after my truck was rear ended. The staff has always been trustworthy, kind, polite and worked as fast as they possibly could. They constantly kept me updated with any part delays etc. They made the process as smooth as possible. They worked directly with my insurance. Hopefully I won’t be rear ended again, but if I am I will certainly be back.

The first time I took my car here was around 2 years ago. They replaced the drivers side fender, front bumper, and repaired several other things after a truck ran over it in a parking lot. They did an amazing job. Service was great and the car looked flawless afterwards. Fast-forward to 08/01/25 when a lady ran a red light and hit me on the front passenger side. I told her insurance company I wanted to take my car here because of the great job they did before. It unfortunately was a totally different experience. Dropped my car off on 08/13/25 and later got an estimated completion date of 08/21/25. They replaced the front bumper (again), passenger headlight, repaired the fender, blended the paint, and other things. I called on the 21st to see if my car was ready and was told it wasn't going to be ready until 25th. Called on 25th to make sure and was told headlight didn't fit and that it'll be ready on 27th. I picked the car up on the 29th. Here's where the trouble started.... When they pulled it around, it was still covered in compound dust and dirty. I looked as best I could as I wiped the dust off but couldn't see it very well. Then when I got to the drivers side it looked like someone or something had been rubbing on it in two spots. I asked what that was about and he didn't know and said it was probably there before. I'm extremely OCD and I hand wash my car weekly. I know every single scratch and ding on it and where they came from, those marks weren't there before. He then had the buffer guy take it back and buff all of the scratches out. An hour later they brought it back around covered in even more compound dust. At that point I was 30 minutes late for work so I just left. When I got home from work I was able to wash it and noticed several serious (In my opinion) issues. The hood is covered in fisheyes due to bad prep work, the front bumper has several spots where they didn't buff it correctly, there's orange peel on several spots on the fender and bumper, and a scratch that's about a foot long on the bumper as well. As well as things went the first time I used them, it was equally bad the second time. The total bill was over $4000 and even though it was paid by insurance, I feel ripped off and extremely unhappy. Everything from customer service (as I had to call every time before I left to make sure it was ready just to be told it wasn't, and just wash the dang thing!!!) to the quality control and finished product was bad. I've included pictures that I took that evening after I washed it, but they don't capture all the issues.
