I rarely write reviews but felt my experience needed to be shared. My car 2019 Buick Enclave has been acting up and tossing codes that I couldn't trace myself despite attempts. In a random conversation with my neighbor I asked if they knew of any honest mechanics in the area as the local buick dealership has lost their mind on diagnostic pricing. She recommended I try these people so I did. They spent over 2 hours looking into my issues checking codes, parts, blowing out hoses, test driving , checking spark plugs full detailed diagnostic work that most would have charged a fortune for. Despite troubleshooting and thoroughly testing anything and everything the codes could have been related to they couldn't see a blarring cause of the issues. They said it seemed to be running smoother which it was and has been since they worked on it as it was undrivable before. Told me if it started acting up again just stop in. I said ok and expected a big bill. And while I don't feel it appropriate to say what that bill ended up being I will say I could not have asked for a better price. Their answer to my suprise in the price was it is only fair since they felt they couldn't in good faith do anything but that seeing as they couldn't swear its fixed. I was truly shocked. I think this place is truly a one in a million honest mechanic shop. I will definitely be back for anything needed in the future. Can't say enough nice things about them.

I highly recommend Renew! From the moment I walked into this facility they were courteous, transparent and professional. Owner Richard and his wife were so very helpful with assistance in getting my car towed and repaired when my car died on the expressway. A detailed estimate along with pictures were sent to me for my approval. The parts were ordered and car repaired the following morning. Unfortunately the following week another issue came up (the car is 24yrs old) and I just rolled into my driveway before it died again. Knowing the crazy hours I work and not knowing what to do I again phoned Mr Richard and his wife. They arranged for him to come to my home, order the additional parts and do the repairs at my home. I have never had better service. I will not go anywhere again 🙏🥰

Have to be honest, we own a Volvo xc90 and they are complicated vehicles. We were referred her by a good friend who said they could do the job. Being out of warranty I didn’t want to take to Volvo . Richard the owner was great in taking care of the car, used oem parts ( very important for euro cars) and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I will be having any needs that are beyond my grasp taken to Renew from now on.

Had a steering wheel shaking problem that would happen randomly when driving on the highway. I took it to them and turns out it was unbalanced wheels. They corrected the problem and charged a basic diagnostic fee. Really happy with them especially since they fixed it the same day I dropped it off.

He helped us with my wife’s 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and had it turned around incredibly fast — we were able to pick it up the very next day after dropping it off. The communication was clear, the work was done right, and the process was smooth from start to finish. What really stands out is his integrity. He’s also helped several of my friends just as quickly, and he saved my grandmother a couple thousand dollars on a repair for her Honda Civic by diagnosing it properly and not overcharging for unnecessary work. It’s hard to find people as ethical and reliable as Richard and his team. If you need automotive service and want someone you can actually trust, this is the place to go

They’ve done work on my 19’ F250 and my 15’ Jeep JK. Angela and all of the staff have been real easy to communicate and work with. Now that I need the rear suspension replaced on my 21’ Expedition, it is a no-brainer to call Renew. If you want to get your car taken care of the right way at a reasonable price, this is the place.
