Had to have my sons 2004 Silverado repaired after a negligent driver damaged his truck from front to rear ! Went by to talk to Caliber Collision about repairs and was introduced to April Hughes. She set them apart with her knowledge and expertise. She was the determining factor for us as to who would do the repair. The tech that worked on truck , Craig, did an outstanding job on repair and paint of this 04 Victory Red Chevy. Once they learned of the sentimental value of the truck to my son ( He has had truck since he was 14 ! ) they went above and beyond in their efforts to make sure we were completely satisfied with repair. They were very pleasant to deal with and cannot say enough for April Hughes keeping me informed of status of the repair and all options that were available to us. No one wants to have to go the Auto body shop , but if you do have to go I can definitely recommend this shop with 5 stars ! Thank you to Caliber Collision and especially April Hughes for making this event as painless as could ever be expected !

Very nice place, staff are very welcoming and informative about your car. They did an amazing job on my car in a very short time, given the fact that they had to wait for parts to arrive. It is also so very convenient to drop off your rental at the location. Chris was very personable and informative about pointing out and explaining the repairs to my car. The color of my car was matched perfectly, which is ruby red! I had a very positive experience at this shop, just hope I never have to secure their services again, but if I did, I would not have a problem returning for services for my car.

06/14/23 I was in a Minor traffic accident back on May 29th, my insurance company recommended that I go to Calibur Collision for an assessment. Spoke with Butch and he gave me a idea what all will be done with my truck. I think that he and the others are very professional and I will be taking my truck there for repairs. Photos are before repairs. 11/03/23 Arrived to pick up my vehicle and spoke with Marisa my case manager and she did a walk through as to what was Completed on my vehicle, replaced and the warranty. 4/5/24 Had some damage to my vehicle by Discount Tire. I called Gary the General Manager and he is taking care of my vehicle.

Under New Management and it shows!!! We needed our truck repaird after having some deer jump out in front. From the manager to the front staff to the mechanic, it was a great experience. We dropped the truck off had a great experience with the front staff very respectful and kind, the manager came out spoke to us also very respectful, kind, he let us ask questions and he had an answer. Picking the truck up was even better, we paid our deductible and again a great experience with the manager explaining everything they did. I Highly recommend this place for your vehicle repairs.
