Had my New Honda Accord 2019 worked on by them from a car collision that was not my fault my whole right front passenger side was pushed in i was kinda scared to trust over just to anyone who works on collisions this company was given to me by word of mouth that are the best in Merced i took it and ran with it! had my car back to me brand new again was the best choice ever, people are kind and respectful, hard workers and kept me informed beautiful and good people!!!!

One of the workers that goes by the name Pat was outstanding in his customer service. Pat made sure to call me whenever there was a minor or major detail that I needed to know. Pat was able to clarify everything and when it was time to check the final result I was nothing short of satisfied. Pat was able to make my damaged Honda look like a new car off the lot. I recommend California collusion to any family member or friend. Great customer service from not only Pat but his coworkers as well. 10/5 Best spot

Still waiting to pick up my car so this review is solely on their customer service and lack of transparency. Was told all parts were in and I could now drop the car off- then today was told not all parts were in. Was told car would be ready today- was called today and told car is nowhere near ready because parts weren’t in. Was told just 2 days ago everything was fine and going according to schedule- how the hell is this possible if the parts are not in? I understand there are delays, but the blatant lies and complete disregard for customer’s time and livelihood is abhorrent.

I had an accident and needed front end repaired. My insurance arranged repair at California Collison. A very pleasant young lady (sorry bad at remembering names) called the next day and had made arrangements for my car to be picked up. Within an hour the towing service arrived. I was updated every step of the way by the young lady or Mr. Quigley. My car was ready before initial date I was told. The repair work was excellent. Also, Mr Quigley asked if I knew of recall on the paint job for my vehicle as it was bubbled and lifting in multiple areas. I did not but contacted dealership and my car is being repainted. The atmosphere and service here is stellar. I highly recommend California Collison.

Only took them maybe 3-4 days to complete this job way sooner than expected. Unfortunately my parked car was hit n run by the short bus. No worries thanks to security cams I was able to get it in the shop and a rental at the charge of the at fault party. Thanks USAA and CA collision (Javier) for excellent service🥇
