Paid for the expensive car wash and it did not even remove any of the dirt or anything from my car. It also did not even fully rinse off the soap, so my thought of a quick trip to wash my car has now turned into a hassle. Not happy one bit.

Had to use my credit card and it charged me $15.00 for 5 minutes. They also use hard water which left spots all over my car so now I have to go to the GOOD car wash and re-do it. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Chose the garage wash since it was 28 degrees outside. The garage doors were down. I thought it was touchless until I put my money in the machine and chose a wash. It was too late by then. And only one pass for the dryers! Now these days they give you two passes on drying. Left a lot of water left on vehicle and I had my own towels to dry the car. Touchless is better if you don’t want cross contamination from the scrubbing.

Automated wash didn't work kept telling me to back up and turn left! Didn't print receipt, no attendant around. Called # for help 3 hours later got a call back with an offer for 1 free wash it the one I paid for and tried to get for 20min. Said I just want refund was told he doesn't deal with money and can't refined it. Then just hung up phone on me! Bad bad place!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. It felt like the wash was broken it would not do anything for minutes at a time and my car was still dirty when I got out of the wash because I get out and look. It's hard finding a good wash in the area I'm gonna to check out more towards Fountain. But meanwhile I'm staying away from all the washes on 85. If u live down here drive up by Tutt and constitution there's a good one there very advanced. This one is out of the stone age.

Purchased the 10 dollar ultimate wash. Only the windshield was clean, the rest of the car was still dirty. Had a bunch of blue and pink spots all over my car from the foam. Had to wash my car when I got home. This is my first and last visit.

Do not go to the car wash. Especially if you are using a debit or credit card. I swipes my card and it gave me the option to select a wash and then told me it was unable to read my card at the moment and canceled the wash. I was charged for it anyway. Now I am having a hard time getting a hold of the people who work here. They will be seeing me again really soon.

today, April 11 at 1:30 PM I went to use the automated car wash. The machine took my money but the selection buttons would not work. I paid for no service. I did not see a contact number. When I got home I called the number listed for the business (used a google search and left a message. No one answered. It was a recorded message I received. *It's been two hours since I was there and the owner/manager returned my call and gave me a code for a car wash.

Poorly maintained, your car will be more dirty than before you go through due to fluids leaking from the machinery and very hard water through the spot-free rinse leaving mineral deposits. Avoid!

90" of clearance on the touchless drive in wash: I was able to pull in with a Ram 2500 on 37" tires and 6 in lift. So far it's the only automatic car wash I've found that my truck fits into. The system for the rest of the place is a little confusing, but once you figure it out it's pretty convenient. Start at the wash side and get a code to continue at the vacuums and close out your entire process on a single bill, allows you to pause your time between services.

Very clean and well maintained car wash. I had an issue with one of the quarter car wash bays, it took my money but did not apply the time. I called the phone number posted there left a message and the owner promptly returned my call and refunded my money plus some. I would highly recommend this csr wash!

I used to like going to this car wash. But then a couple of weeks ago I was there and I put five singles in the machine for change. And I only got $4 and $0.52. Don't ask me how that happens. But I called the number they had posted their if you had any problems. I told them my name phone number and everything. I guess I just thought the owner would do the right thing and just apologize. I didn't want no money. But I never heard anything from them. Pretty sad business

Never had an issue here. The automatic car wash works well and the hoses on the vacuums are never clogged. It's a well maintained car wash. I've been using this one almost exclusively for the past 10 years after so many issues with other washes. It's crazy busy on the weekends, so I try to stop early weekday mornings.

Used the automated wash and, as many of the other customer's reviews state, my vehicle was also still dirty when coming out from the wash, there was soap still all over the car that was not washed off, or rinsed off. Noticed before going Into the wash that this car wash might be used as a fleet wash for a company or city vehicles, which would explain a lot, why this car wash is so poorly maintained. It's a shame cause this car wash could be so much more than it is now.

This car wash is a rip off. The machine said it would be $4 and I got charged $10 on my credit card. Total ripoff jip job. And you only get 4 minutes to wash your car so I paid $10 to wash my car for 4 minutes over here. Total freaking rip off. Upon reading the other reviews I hope I get a response too.

I usually like coming to this car wash because it’s never too crowded and it’s convenient to use the facility when it’s quiet. However, my last visit was really frustrating. First, I couldn’t get change from the vending machine—no access to it, and no way to get coins for the wash bays. After finally getting change elsewhere, I put $5 into the machine to get started, pulled out the handle, and there was no nozzle on it—just an open pipe like a faucet. Totally useless and a waste of money. I tried calling the number listed on the vending machine (viewed through the window), but it didn’t work either. No one answered, and I couldn’t leave a message. It feels like no one is maintaining the place. It’s disappointing because this could be a great spot if they just kept up with the equipment and made sure everything actually works. I hope the owners take better care of it so people don’t keep wasting money and time here.
