Not a "Car Guy" but I love this place. I think I had most of these cars in my AFX slot car collection back in the day. So clean and classy and classic! ππΌποΈ

Fantastic experience for a Porsche fan, or any motorsport fan for that matter. A Fantastic selection of cars to see, between those for sale, the museum and then the workshop. They were very welcoming and friendly.

The Canepa Museum is a credit to it's owner, well stocked with some very nice motor cars, GT40, AC Cobra and all manor of Porsche. A floor full of ex race cars and a workshop full of classic beauties π². And it's free! Top marks for me π

This is the best museum in the world! I visited it several times, and each time the exhibitions changed! There is an entrance to the service area, you can watch the process of servicing sports cars. I recommend this place to visit! Plus the ticket is free!

I had the privilege of delivering a Porsche 918 Spyder here and the owner gave me a complementary tour of the shop and all the cars in the museum. Bruce is a really nice guy and extremely knowledgeable about every single car there and their unique history..!!

The are still people like myself that will buy something just to reward the great Salesperson in front of me. This will mever happen at Canepa. Not even a smile from the salesman. We gave him enough hints we were waiting for a Hello. Nothing. Too good to talk to us. Foreginers with Money and you missed us. Also over heard the Saleperson offering big discounts on a vehicle he was trying to sell over the phone. So if your buying a car from them make sure you negotiate as they have plenty of room on the price. We were warned about this place and everything we heard seems to be true. No one looks happy here.

Easy to find, casual showrooms downstairs for sale and upstairs museum and shop overlook. Not crowded during our visit. Gullwing in the shop π. Smaller size museum yet has some classics. Personal fav is the blue Cobra.

Love this place! So much to see and to learn for my teenage son, who is a car enthusiast! He asks to stop by every time we drive to UCSC to visit his banana slug sister. It really makes me a cool mom! It is free and super quiet on a week day. Staff are very friendly!

Died and found Porsche Heaven! One of the few places on the planet where you can see the highest concentration of Porsche 959s and 917s!!!! The Canepa Museum is likely the most underrated place to experience an exceptional time.

A museum full of amazing sports and race cars. 2 floors of cars throughout racing history, an elevated walkway above the shop floor AND, as I understand it, an office for you to negotiate the purchase of one of their cars should you have the means to buy one. Keep a tight rein on your kids if you bring them for a visit, there's no messing around in here. You cannot climb in, on or touch the cars. Disturbing the technicians while they work is frowned upon as well but it is SO COOL to see all the cars in the shop. They have Shelby Cobras (more in one room than I've seen in my entire life), Ferraris, Ford GT40s and GTs, Chevrolet stock cars, a mini cooper, Porches, a Vector, and a whole slew of other cars along with an informational sheet for your information. We visited on a whim and I'm definitely going to return when my son comes to visit.

The museum part is a treat - free to enter and full of amazing cars especially if you know what youβre looking at! Thereβs also a shop view so you can see the cars theyβre working on and that was just as special to me, fascinating. Sadly the showroom was closed the day I came due to some building work but thatβs a very minor thing especially as I wasnβt there to buy a car! Amazing place.

A legendary collection by a motorsports legendβfree to enjoy & appreciate! Any gearhead, car fan, & racing aficionado will gasp in amazement at the quality & access on hand. The facility works as a shop, repairing, restoring & maintaining Porsches & classic cars, as well as a sales floor for rare & valuable autos, all of which are also free to browse. But the Museum upstairs is a wonder to behold!!

Amazing showroom and museum. Just the fact that it's free and wheel chair accessible along with being able to see their shop was just phenomenal. Must stop for any gearhead or car enthusiast.

Randomly found this while poking around and decided to stop by on my road trip. Thereβs an awesome museum upstairs for of cars and history, while the bottom floor is the showroom, also awesome. Thereβs also another building across the street I wish I went in too. Receptionist was very friendly and told me about the place.

Amazing place to go to. Exotic cars, Historic cars and ETC. Bruce Canepa has one hell of a collection! This place is a MUST GO, itβs free, friendly employees, and the best part, thereβs a shop view with a few exotic cars like a Carrera GT and a GMA T.50.

This is the best car museum, and I have something to compare it to; I've been to the Petersen Museum, the Ferrari Gallery in Maranello, and the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena.

Absolutely incredible place! The collection is stunning and the restoration work is world-class. You can see everything up close, from rare classics to race cars, and the whole space feels like a high-end automotive workshop and museum combined. A must-visit for any car enthusiast β truly an impressive and unforgettable spot.
