I would trust Raymond with future repairs after he replaced my 2011 Prius 12v battery at a very fair price. I was about to replace the battery with an aftermarket battery which I had bought. But he advised me to use the Toyota OEM battery instead of an after-market battery because it might fail sooner in a 2-3 years versus the expected life of an OEM of 5 years. And he was exactly right, I had my previous OEM battery for about 5 years before it failed, and my most recent after-market battery failed after about 2 years. Because of this, I trust Raymond's advice.

Personally, I had a great experience with Raymond as he fixed my JCW 04 Mini Cooper with a head gasket issue. I personally had gone to the mini dealership before hand to fix my water pump, however, after he diagnosed a pressure build up in my cooling system. I gave him the project to replace my head gasket. I always had issues with my coolant reservoir, thermostat, and eventually my water pump when going to the dealership. However, after he spent two weeks really going down the list of fixing all the open end problems I had with my engine, he gave it back to me in great condition. 2k miles later, my mini has been running reliably and smoothly. Considering that Minis are really annoying cars to keep up with maintenance, he did an amazing job!

I had an interesting morning when my check engine light came on far from home. Luckily I had the pleasure of discovering Raymond. He fixed my 2011 Volvo up so I could get home. I ended up needing a new ignition coil and spark plug replacements. I also needed an oil change (not a normal service) but Raymond did this no questions asked. The pricing was great at Car Clinic. But the key take away was the service. It’s obvious that Raymond takes pride in his trade. He is honest, knowledgeable, talented and over all a great guy. I live in the east bay but will be making the extra long drive for my car services moving forward. A bad morning turned into a great day! Thanks Raymond!
