I had my Mercedes brake job done here. Shop owner was super helpful and friendly, informed me the pulsating brake issue was with my front brake rotors only, and there was no need to replace the rear brake rotors. Mercedes dealership on Stevens Creek was not so honest and charged a lot more. The brake job held up great! Car brakes like new again. Thank you!

Had an issue with a low beam on my vehicle that turned out to be a faulty bulb. The team diagnosed it quickly and replaced the part and then went above and beyond by comping the full cost, including labor, since the original replacement had failed. Lou and Alex are professional and helpful. They are both enthusiastic about cars so you can trust them. They also give honest advice on service and tune-up. Definitely recommend this place for regular service and light tuning. I have my wheels aligned on their brand new Hunter machine. The first time I went, they did not have their own machine so they sent it to their neighbor Godinez Tires. The alignment results have not been improved and I complained. Lou responded quickly and kindly allowed me to go back again when their new Hunter machine has arrived. The second time there, Alex aligned all four wheels perfectly and fixed the pulling issue. I am very happy about the end result. Their new alignment machine is brand new and in a very good condition. Both Alex and Lou are knowledgeable about wheel alignment, cannot ask for more.

8/2022 Update: At this point I've used Tony & Brothers for oil changes, tire rotations, a wheel bearing replacement, and a DSG flush. I'm still very happy with their work. ------------------------------------ Original Post: I've had three interactions with Tony & Brothers. All were very positive. 1. I called them out of the blue to ask for advice when buying a used Volkswagen Golf. They were generous with their time and very knowledgeable of things to look out for. 2. I called them for quotes of various services for my car. They provided detailed breakdowns of parts & labor. The prices were very good compared to other German-specialty shops and about 60% of dealership pricing. 3. I brought my car in for a service last week. The pricing matched the over-the-phone quotes. Service was friendly & courteous. They again demonstrated deep knowledge of the car and provided advice for how to get the best performance & life out of my vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop.

Brought my son’s VW GTI 2012 for a check on engine light due to oxygen sensors failure that I had already replaced myself but still was failing, he gave me an estimate to take a look at it and performed a diagnostic and advised me what will be my options. Since there was a chance that I had to take it to a dealership for reprogramming/ replacing the ECU (Engine Control Unit) which is very costly, decided not to proceed. He was very honest and upfront about the process and charged me only half of what he initially estimated it.
