The owner Sunny used second hand parts but charging us as brand new price. He lied to us saying it’s new until we point out the scratches and color fading off. Then he claimed he was trying to save us some money.

Super rude manner; they will not do any inspection to troubleshoot and directly replace your parts without your permission; afterwards, if you challenge them, they will get super mad, yell at you and even insult your personality. 2. But do not question their sense of responsibility, because they still do their work even when they are super mad on you.

The owner of the shop does a real good with customer service, helped me understand problems with my car and spotted out other problems I had no idea would be a problem. The owner is extremely irresponsible. I paid for the parts, but they were never replaced. Less than a week later, the same issue came back. During the repair, they even lost some parts from my car and didn’t fix or mention it, which created a serious safety risk. I would strongly advise not going to this shop — protect your own safety and avoid unnecessary trouble.
