Driving to church Sunday Morning with Wife and Kids and All of a Sudden Check Engine light comes on and Realize Radiator was Busted. Found a Gas Station around Corner and realize Service Shop was open. Jimmy saw that I was with my family and he immediately gave me a loaner car and told me to leave the truck and he will fix it tomorrow. Next day the truck was fix and I just couldn't believe how fast, quick, and professional he was. I just found my number 1 mechanic for life!!!! Thank you Jimmy...

Hello im a mobile auto repair company in the area servicing San Jose and surrounding cities @kencomobileautorepair on Instagram.i came to this location for a estimate for some spare coolant since I was doing a roadside job right across the street.upon arrival I was greeted by a staff worker and I informed him of the situation.after hearing my situation' he followed with “you blew your head gasket “ even though I’m a ASE certified master tech and never got anywhere near overheating the car .i informed him that all I needed was some coolant and that the car is fine .he insisted it was an head gasket without even looking at the car and tried quoting me .i did not ask for his “mechanical expertise “ and simply wanted a quote for some coolant while I was in the area.he refused to do so and tried giving me quotes for a job that was not needed.these type of people are the reason why us mechanics in this industry get such a bad wrap and always getting critiqued .people like this are the reason why people don’t trust us in this industry all because of a few bad apples .as a local mechanic in the area I highly advise of staying clear from this area and going else where.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy and he is a very nice and honest man. I had a problem with another shop trying to stiff me with unnecessary charges and he honestly told me what I needed and didn't need. He saved me hundreds of dollars. And he ordered my part in one day and fixed my problem in one day even at a cheaper price than I was quoted. I highly recommend him for your work. He is one of the best and honest. I will be back for sure for future work.
