Zoron is sick. We visited the shop and ask for a quote. He pretended to be agreeable and said he’d provided a quote. Then we had to call him every other day, yet he picked up every time and always said he will send soon. This lasted for almost one month and we called & text over a dozen times. He could’ve told us he didn’t have the time to do it but for whatever reason he enjoyed playing with other people’s time. Now that’s slander there, accusing just a walk-in customer conducting fraud. You should be ashamed of your darkness. You didn’t deserve my respect but obviously you don’t care.

I was in a car crash and I was lucky enough that the tow guy recommended Zoran's MID Auto Service & Auto Body shop. We were shocked and Zoran calmed us down by telling us what to do in that situation. He also helped with a lot of info along the whole process. He also showed us the detailed report of the car and explained to us the damage which told us that he was very experienced with cars, he also mentioned that he would not put in unnecessary checks or repairs which could increase the cost. Our car was unfortunately declared a total loss but Zoran was very friendly, supportive, and treated me like his son telling us how to deal with the incident as well as the insurance company. I definitely recommend going to him for excellent car fixes as well for being treated fair and well!

Zoran and his staff are amazing and super helpful, 100% recommend! Me and my boyfriend were recently involved in a car crash and we weren't familiar as to how to navigate the situation because we were fairly new to the country, but Zoran helped and guided us like we were his kids and made us feel safe. Zoran was very responsive and quickly determined that our car was a total loss, and he made sure to ease us to that news and also helped with the insurance stuff. His staff also helped us with any questions we had. Overall, we greatly appreciate their help and service!

I am fortunate to have found this shop after an animal collision. Geico directed my car to be towed to another place, which was closed on a holiday weekend, and luckily MID Auto was open. Zoran, the owner, started ordering the replacement parts immediately to minimize the repair time of what would have been at least a few weeks. He is usually busy as there are many customers there and there is no dedicated front desk - I appreciate that whenever I called in to get an update, he would ask whether I still had a rental car to use in the meantime. He also does not talk down to me when I ask basic questions. I picked up my Honda Accord all fixed and washed like new! Zoran is a no frills, straight shooter mechanic who runs a good shop. I would come here again and recommend to others. Thanks again!

Zoran and his team did a great job on my car. I got a new 2024 BMW X1 which sustained some minor damage which was fixed with utmost care. Considering it was such a new vehicle they were still able to match the paint perfectly, and did a great job on the ADAS calibration. I got my car back as good as new, highly recommend.

Had an issue with my 2007 Sprinter camper van while traveling for the holidays. Mercedes Benz told me parts would take 5 days and the cost would be just under $1,100. Not happy with either of those numbers, I went to look for help on Google and found this place. I called at 8:10am, parts were in stock by 2:30pm, my van was in the shop bay by 2:45pm, and the work was completed by 4pm. Not only was the service quick, total cost for parts and labor was right around $450. In addition, I was shown the new parts that would be installed upon arrival to the shop and I was shown the bad parts when I went back after the work was completed. If my experience is anything to go by, I highly recommend this place. Thanks to the whole team!

Zoran is nothing short of amazing, had my 2015 sprinter going in and out of limp mode standing the vehicle in the bay area, he diagnosed it as a failed DPF causing exhaust restriction, he was able to get it replaced in under a day and as a business owner, he understood the urgency of a contractor’s vehicle being down, and moved us to the front of the line. Highly recommend Zoran for any Sprinter repairs.

Wow, I've used Zoran and his tem before for our Sprinter-based RV, as he's one of the few independent shops around specializing in Sprinter service. He's always been great... reasonable pricing, excellent support, and deep expertise in the issues around MB Sprinters. But now he's just opened his new shop (right next to his old cramped space) and it's incredible! New RV-capable heavy-duty four post drive-on lift, 4 other lifts, room for about 7 service bays, and a nice lounge for his impressive while-you-wait service for most routine appointments. This is the place to go for your Sprinter service, and judging by the other vehicles in the shop today, he can work on other cars as well. Great pricing, almost 1/3 of what the dealership wanted for my "Service A" appointment, and he only uses genuine MB service parts and fluids. SO highly recommended, even more so now with his gleaming new huge facility. Congrats to Zoran and Denny on the opening of their new place!
