I have been very pleased in my recent visits here. They communicate very well. They seem to be efficient. They have quickly taken care of the problems I have brought in. The fixes look care of the issues. When I had a big job that needed repair under warranty they provided me with a loaner vehicle which made the whole process much easier for me.

I have to give 5 stars to the service representative, Andres! I stopped in because I was having problems with my tire warning staying on. Without an appointment Andres looked at my car, found the problems with tire pressure and showed me how I can reset the tire warning light myself in the future whenever I get new tires or an alignment. I would have given the service department 5 starsbecause of this service, but I have to factor in the fact that a week before I had called in with this issue. I was told that the representative Jackie would call me back. I never received a call back after an entire week and was driving by so that's why I just stopped in.

The whole buying process was a breeze, as they readily gave us a great OTD price via email. Once we agreed on the price, we went to the dealership. Felix Ong took his time to explain the many features of today's "smart" cars when my wife and I were at the dealership. He told us that if we needed some help, just to drop by and he would gladly spend more time doing so. No high pressure selling on the various extended warranties as well. All in all, it's been a pleasant car buying experience, and Larry Hopkins Honda and Felix Ong are highly recommended!

You still need appointment to get your vehicle serviced here. Most times appointments are At least a week out. I got a morning appointment with one advisor online. When I arrived at exact time some other advisor checked in with me after 5 minutes. Just looked at the vehicle dashboard and based on service indicators showed me 3 service packages. To my shock least expensive package was 50% more expensive for the same service from last year at the same place. Long story short- car was ready for pick up in less than two hours, but they charged exorbitantly. After i drove car home tire pressure warning popped up. Felt cheated that they didn’t even check/fill tire, when service mentioned multi point inspection and charged me for the same. Next time i am going to a local mechanic for regular services.

Very slow and poor communication. I arrived right on my appointment time, but have to wait for 30+ minutes to check in. All I need is an oil change and they promised to be done in 3 hours, but eventually took 5 hours to get it done. I tried to reach out to my service advisor after the abnormal long wait of oil change but no one ever answered my call. I presented a $10 off coupon during check in but when I picked up my car the coupon was not applied. The other staffs couldn't help because my service advisor has left.

I have had my 2019 CR- V serviced at this place many times. They used to be good. But something has changed now. I need to get a B2 service done. I called many times to get an estimated price. The scheduler who answers calls doesn’t know price. He tries to transfer me to some service advisor, but no one ever picks up phone. It always goes to voicemail. They don’t call back. I canceled my appointment after trying to talk an advisor over three days and not getting through to anyone.

I came in just to get some parts, but was super surprised to be met with such friendly faces! I came close to closing time and still was helped very eagerly. Everyone (especially Billy) was so nice. Billy even insisted on showing me how to install the wiper inserts I got without me even asking. Highly recommend this dealership!

Called twice, both times they couldn't tell me how much an A1 service (oil + rotation) would cost. Guys, this is the most basic service, how can your schedulers not know? Promised a call back from their department, which of course never happened. Fail.

$200 for checking AC then they quoted $1200 for replacing a AC hose and charging freon. upon hearing I dont wanna do replacement at their place, they added another 200 bucks labor fee to my bill for "discharging freon". I've been maintained and repaired my car regularly at this place but not any longer ---- update: even worse, today I opened the hood of my car and I found the seal caps on AC charging hoses are gone and schrader valve is broken! And larry hopkin honda's technician is the only one that opened the hood during the past year.

Edit: I suppose good things can’t last forever. a year later the service advisor tried to push to buy a new car and when not relenting they pushed an insane and unreasonable amount of repairs unrelated to the issue. The vehicle was brought in for emissions codes, they recommended an entire suspension system, from sway bars to coils. Front windshield wipers for $140. That alone is taking advantage and worth the one-star rating many times over. Original review: Great experience with this service center. Did not try to oversell a lot of services that were not necessary. I feel comfortable sending my girlfriend or mother to this service center.

Terrible experience. I’ve called this dealership multiple times over several days, and the experience has been the same every time—no one picks up, and if someone finally answers, the sales team just forwards the call to the service department, who never bother to respond. As a new customer, I felt completely ignored. It genuinely seems like they don’t want to be in this business. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

I've been a proud Honda CR-V owner for 9 years and have recommended the car to numerous friends who have been happy with their purchase too. The car has not had any issues in my 9 years of ownership until recently when a number of diagnostic lights came on - ACC, LKAS, CDW, etc. I took the car to Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale California. Despite average reviews, I felt that the dealership was trustworthy. As part of multipoint inspection, I was told that my battery was bad which was causing the diagnostic issues to show up. I was a bit surprised since the battery was relatively new and it had not been flagged in my January service. I approved the battery change and after that was done, I was told that the issue had been fixed. When I went to pick the car up this morning, I noticed that the diagnostic issues were still present. I informed the representative, Adrian, that it was still happening. He took the car away for 15 minutes and came back with more issues that he had found. I was appalled that those issues had not been found the previous day. I'm unclear on if this was a faulty diagnosis or a sham to get me to pay for a battery change. I expect better from Honda.

Been coming here for close to 10 years to service my car. While I do think it’s rather overpriced sometimes, I know I’m getting the tune up my car needs! Generally have had a good experience with the workers except maybe once. :)

Terrible experience. I gave my car for regular service at this center for the first time, and it was extremely disappointing. No one from the service department answered my calls — not even the assigned service advisor. Due to the lack of response, I had to visit the service center in person at my own expense just to get updates. They initially promised next-day delivery, but it took 5 days to return the car, even though it was just a routine service and a minor replacement. When I finally got the car back, it was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned. They also charged me for a part that was under warranty, and only after I questioned it did they recheck and remove the charge. On top of that, they had included unnecessary, non-mandatory services worth over $200 in the initial checklist, which I got removed after raising concerns. As a new customer, this was a highly frustrating experience. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and no regard for customer service. I will not be going back and do not recommend this service center.

Hi, I brought my car for service a few weeks ago for a squeaky brake pedal noise and humming sound from one wheel. The wheel issue was fixed quickly after a full diagnostic. The brake pedal noise was confirmed by Micah’s team, and they recommended replacing the brake booster (~$2K). Micah handled the warranty process, and the new part was covered. However, after pickup I noticed the exact same noise—no improvement at all. After researching the issue myself and speaking with people on forums, I found the root cause was the brake pedal switch, a critical safety sensor that controls brake lights. This is not a cosmetic issue—a faulty switch can lead to accidents. The part costs about $30, and replacing it could have solved the problem. When I returned to the dealership, Micah avoided communication and sent another employee to speak with me. Since then, calls were missed, messages unanswered, and no status updates provided. The warranty was billed for $2K, yet the actual issue remains unresolved. My wife, who is pregnant, drives this car daily, and brake safety is our top priority. Micah may be a good person, but the level of professionalism and communication here was unacceptable. I will also follow up with the warranty company. I’m now taking my car to Stevens Creek Honda, where I’m confident the issue will be fixed properly and professionally.

When I first had my car serviced here for a flat, it was great. My advisor was prompt and efficient. I called in again not too long ago and left MULTIPLE voicemails for a call back and never received one. You can’t get ahold of anyone inservice. Called in again today to have my first service done to ask a question and the same thing! Before I could finish my sentence the lady transferred me over and what do you know-no answer. I wouldn’t bother with this place to have your car serviced. I just called Stevens Creek Honda- questions answered and appointment scheduled. Which is annoying because this dealer is so close to home.
