I brought my car here with an issue burning oil. I was told that they couldn't reproduce the problem after "hours" of testing. On the way home, it started, after less than 10 minutes. I guess they just didn't want my money.

Went in for a 40K mile service that required spark plug replacement and other fluid replacements. Pricing was reasonable and Mario was quite friendly and completed the job on time.

I was very happy with European Auto. Mario, the owner, doesn't try to sell you on unnecessary work. Another shop said that my car needed A, B, and C. Mario said A was required, B was unnecessary, and C is maintenance work that's optional but he could do without charging extra labor b/c he'd already be in that part of the car. I had A and C done, and the problem has gone away.

Great service, friendly advice, no nickle/dime, always ready when promised, low price and knowledgeable. I had always serviced my car (02 Audi A4 1.8T, 198k miles) at dealerships when I lived in SoCal ever since I bought it brand new. When I moved up here 3 years ago, I struggled finding a good, reasonably priced, service shop. The dealership was way too busy to be convenient. I tried other European Auto... and they were pricey, and a bit put-off by an older model German car. They seemed obligated to work on my car, and the bill was always just as expensive as the dealership, without a loaner car option. I saw European Auto Repair once from Lawrence Expwy, and thought I'd try them. I haven't looked back. They are conveniently located 2 blocks from the CalTrain stop and have given me rides there so I won't miss my train. They've even helped me with my wife's brand new Korean car which needed a passenger window replaced when it was chipped just 3 weeks after buying brand new.

I came in to change my break cuz the dealership told me to change both the break pad and the roter. the owner was honest about what needed to be done. And he said I dont need to change the roter because the mileage was low. I was able to drop off in the morning and pick it up on the same day.

Where do I begin? Mario and crew are super nice. This place is awesome. I initially took my car to BMW, they quoted me $3000 and said I have an oil leak. As soon as I told Mario it only has 50,000 miles, he told me that was ridiculous . So I let him work on my car. Turns out, there was no leak. Thank you Mario and crew.

I do not recommend. They seem to charge less then others but they use worst than duplicated parts - I doubt they replaced my break pads with used ones - Specially I can see rotors are all scratched. The guy here says he will use original parts - ( I thought at least he will use after market). But he uses used ones. Immediately after I serviced here, my car coolant started leaking. When I took it to BMW they said it should happen either my car is in accident or some one break the pipe. I did not have any accidents.

Trustworthy! The owner operator has saved me thousands on my BMW by offering to install non OEM parts, which cost a fraction of what factory/OEM does. Plus he's fast. Once he has parts, the repair only takes a few hours and I'm talking big stuff like my drive shaft and valve cover. Give this place your business if you're tired of getting robbed by so called "European certified" mechanics.

I am thrilled with the work and cost of my intricate and thorough repairs done by Mario and his crew. I regret going to other places in the past, but forever more will I be loyal to European Auto Repair. They are generous, honest, hardworking, and sincere about what needs to be done and how vital repairs are. Mario portrayed professional excellence by showing flexibility and understanding my wants and needs. I recommend all European car owners in the area to check them out. I genuinely thank you for all the honest labor.

Highly recommend this auto shop! I had coolant leak on my Audi. I called a lot of auto shops, one auto shop I paid $50 for the diagnosis and the estimation is around $1000, the rest shops all charge $150+ diagnosis fee for the estimation. Evo diagnose for free and suggest me to ask dealer to check if there is any recall for the parts. I called the dealer and dealer told me the warrant was extended and I could get a discount to fix the issue. Thanks Evo for saving me hundreds of bucks!

Super experienced Audi mechanic! I would highly recommend you to bring you Audi to him for repairs and inspection. The price is unbeatable in the bay area. I brought my Audi for valve cover gasket but he offered me free inspection and told me no needs to change it as there is no leak at all. Saved me ton of money.

I’ve been going here for a year for 10k check ups. Today, I had an engine light on due to engine coolant being at low level. I went to him, he quickly fixed my problem even though was after hrs. In the past, I’ve been happy with their service as well.
