Came here with a groupon for a smog check and was super satisfied with the service. The technician was quick and the checkout process was easy. Their prices seemed pretty reasonable so I've kept them on s short list of auto repair shops just in case I need them to work on my car in the future. My intention was not to go here. I was on the highway and blew a tire and had no spare. Pulled off the freeway and just happened to pull into the first empty automotive lot on a Sunday. Nothing was open and so I started to work on swapping tires out. I had thebwrong size wheels and was trying to change out the bolts. Was stranded there for at least 4 hours. Frustrated and tired I was going to give up but then an food delivery guy showed up and he said he knows the guy who owns the tire shop. He called the owner and the owner showed up and just started helping me out. He changed the bolts and I got my tire on and finally got it done. This was impressive. Never had I seen someone go out of their way to help someone else. I do things to help all the time and never ask for things in return but this time it was help for me. Thanks for the help and much appreciated. You guys are awesome.

Warning: They do not actually open at 8am (as advertised on their door) or at 8:30am (as listed on the google maps). I went at 8:45 this morning and they were still closed. As I was wandering around, a helpful UPS driver kindly informed me that they never open before 9 and are sometimes not in until 9:30, so you probably want to make an appointment before coming in to make sure they're here if you want to bring it in in the morning.

They did an amazing job fixing my 2002 4x4 Diesel Ford Excursion. They quickly identified the issues and fixed them all. There was an issues that showed up with one of the mirrors after picking it up, they volunteered to fix it at no cost. How often do you encounter that level of integrity and Customer service. Love these guys, am a customer for life.

I did brakes pad change with them quick service and good response. Pricing need negotiation which I didn't like though. They did the work as expected. But I expect them to do basic check of the car to see everything is working well but they didn't. So if you have specific work they seems to be good but don't expect that will go beyond to ensure car runs well.

These guys are great! They did a lot of work on my car and it now runs better than it has in many years. And while they were working on it, they provided me with a loaner car! Very nice, honest, knowledgeable people who really care about their customers, this is a great place to bring your car where you can feel comfortable knowing that you're getting the best service. Finding a great mechanic can be difficult--make it easy for yourself and do just bring it here!

Contrary to other reviewers I don't think the pricing is bad; cost me $70 for a synthetic oil change, seems pretty normal. Unlike many other experiences with chain auto repair places, I've not had them attempt to rip me off with stuff I didn't need, and I've usually been in and out in a half hour. No complaints from me! P.S.: they Did reset the oil life meter on my car, correctly, but since some people were complaining about it, if your car is telling you you need an oil change it may just not have had it's oil life meter reset. They're not all as smart as you'd think.

I have been getting my car serviced here for years now. Minh is amazing, he doesn't upsell you any other service. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place. Last time when my car needed tires replaced and I told him about the offer from Costco, he was honest and told me it is the best deal. I ended up getting tires replaced with him because Costco didn't had the tire in stock.

Just got a smog check done and had another great experience here! Called this morning and was told I can drop by anytime and it went super smooth. Minh helped me out once again and it was good to converse with him about the car and other stuff. I was here earlier this year to get my oil pan replaced and Minh was there to answer any questions I had and updated me on the progress until pick up time. Yup, definitely coming back to this shop for future car needs. The people on the team here are genuine and get things done and done well.

Got a very trustworthy vibe and would recommend highly! Came in to get repair on my girlfriend's BMW X1 that was having issues. Took it to the BMW dealership and they diagnosed it and gave us a repair estimate for $2600 and was slated to take 8+ hours. A1 Auto did it for $1000 and within 4-5 hours. Also took care of the tires for us too as we needed to get them changed. Trust them highly and will continue to take our cars here. The mechanics were very honest with us and even shared when we could get things done at another place for cheaper (e.g., Costco Tires). They had great customer service as well. Would recommend calling in first, because they are often out in the shop working on cars through the day, so it's best to set up an appointment to come in.

My car was leaking coolant today. I dropped off my car here for repair because i checked the car and knew it was not a big problem and this store was nearest one. They charged me $150 inspection fee and diagnosed there was a hose leaking. I asked them to change the hose. Finally I was charged $470 including $75 inspection fee and $90 coolant top off. The system showed coolant was low when I drove only 10 miles. I checked the car and found no leak. But the coolant was below the minimum. They didn’t top off the coolant at all. I never go there to do any repairs afterwards. And I will dispute the charge from my bank. This morning I bought a bottle of coolant to top off. And I went A1 to argue what happened after it opened. The guy at the front desk said they added 2 gal of coolant yesterday (my car actually needs nearly 3 gal ) and turned on engine for 20 minutes to let the fluid entering the engine and this process should be O/N. It is a obvious lie. Anyone knows you can drive immediately when replacing coolant. I argued why they didn't add enough coolant and why the warning showed I only drove a couple of miles. I asked to waive the inspection fee or refund the coolant. Finally, the guy was angry and said he refunded me $45 and didn't service me any more. I suspected he never replaced any new coolant because I went there yesterday after topping off with water.

UPDATE: I trust this place 100%. I bought a new (but used) car from a dealer and went to get something checked out at the name brand dealer. I honestly think they messed up my car, so I came back to Minh and he fixed the issue without hesitation. It’s hard to know where to go and where to trust - support local, honest businesses like this! Minh is a very kind, spirited, and trustworthy guy. He’s helped me out on numerous occasions and I’m very thankful!

Surprisingly honest local mechanic that emphasizes fast service, honest assessments, quick repairs, and friendly service. We came here because we read a similar review - and we were impressed with how we were treated. After our repair, they even gave us the defective part (pictures included) so we could see proof that the part failed in the first place. Super happy - and we will certainly be back. We came in when our check engine light came in on our 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They charged us 100$ for the diagnostic (which is cheap for the area) and they found the problem pretty quickly. They gave us an honest quote and did not try to upsell us with other repairs. They told us the other things that were wrong with the car, but did not make it sound like we needed to do it right away. We really valued the service because we felt like they put an emphasis on being honest, which is hard to find in this business. Absolutely recommended.
