Great service, I got 4 new tires and a alignment and I had to drop it off before I went to work and they sent a UBER to take me to work and pick me up ( I was a couple miles away from them ) and they have called and messaged me asking how I felt about the service and to make sure the car was running good and even told me if I had any issues to bring it back and I have no issues. I Highly recommend them.

The shop has been Carfix Farragut. First I was worried that it did not honor the old package I bought from the previous owner, they did without even a question. Braden and David were at the front desk, greeting enthusiastically and happily with all willingness to accommodate. I stopped by to check my leaking tie. Their tech John found a nail on it and removed it quickly without charging me. It is kind of hard to express my gratitude for helping me to maintain my cars. The store is very convenient, responsible and accommodating. All what I have been looking for. A great relief to have one near the home. Thank you!

Great shop, friendly service crew. Easy to get service. I called and was able to get in right away vs dealership which had a 2 week waiting list. Prices are reasonable, detailed vehicle examination with recommended follow-up service. No pressure to get additional work performed. The waiting area is clean with a coffee machine and soft drinks. I have also had major work performed by this location. They do excellent work and guarantee their service.
