Told me I couldn't remove my own plates. Was told they would remove plates and would call me. Had to call myself to find out they did not remove plates and I had to call the place they let the car be towed to.

The woman receptionist called me a N****r and told me stop calling because it’s busy. I’m calling for work related purposes. I spoke to the manager, I didn’t get the guy name, I mentioned what the receptionist said and he agreed. I highly don’t recommend this place.

They don't seem to have your best interests in mind they work with the city police and it seems to be against the customer. All around dirty conditions all around dirty place. Not very helpful. If not for working with the city police they would not be in business.

Worst service ever, besides they charge a lot money đź’° they emptied my husband gasoline car the tank was full and the next morning was almost empty. What a sad situation plus horrible service. Please make yourself a favor and don't even bother to hire they services.

Very rude over the phone throughout the multiple calls made. I asked many questions and made them aware of my situation due to never being in an accident. Little to no help and hung up on me a couple times. Most unprofessional place around a 100 mile radius, wouldn’t recommend on my dying breath.

Worst service my fined and I went to them to get our car after tow. The police works together with them to begin they literally force us to tow our vehicle with this company when we already had another tow company coming for us. The whole experience with this place was very bad, the lady at the window loud voice at us and expensive as well they want to charge you an arm and leg of course because the police works also with them. It's very sad what this people do now on days. I THINK THEY SHARE WITH JOHN AUTO BODY CROSE ST DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE

Worst service my husband and I had. The police works together with them to begin they literally force us to tow our vehicle with this company when we already had other tow company coming for us. The whole experience with this place was very bad and expensive as well they want to charge you an arm and leg of course because the police works also with them. It's very sad what this people does now on days.

I had a horrible experience dealing with this "business". The person who answers the phones, Sean maybe, was rude( name calling) and unprofessional and had next to no idea what was going on. He was not helpful at all or considerate. I'm trying to figure out how this business still runs. They should be shut down. The fact that the state police send cars here is sketchy. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with them as well. Worst experience I've had as a customer at any service place.

This place is trash. Wouldn’t release my car to my insurance unless I came down there and personally signed release papers. There’s never anywhere to park which makes things quite fun. Lady at the counter is rude as all hell. Asked if I could go get things from my car but said I need an appointment. Literally watched a guy walk out to my car to grab my registration and had to shout to him where it was So I can literally see my car, you have an employee going to my car right now and I’m literally talking to him through a fence. Why can’t I just go back into the yard? Place is just all around trash.

Tow guy was very rough with my car. I asked if he wanted my to put it in neutral and he said no. He pulled my car out of the ditch and dragged it across 2 lanes on the rim because the tire was popped. It wasn't up on the bed when he pulled forward and it had started teetering off the edge. It was very sketchy and my car was teetering on the bottom of the door panel for a bit before he dropped it again and decided to approach it at a different angle. My insurance asked me to call this tow place to release my car to the insurance agency. I called and they said I had to come in and sign a release, so I get a ride from a family member. The door was locked and I was not allowed to come in, like a criminal. The side of the building has very scratched plexiglass with a hole in the bottom. I presented my license and my registration and I signed the paper and left. The whole ordeal was sketchy and I'm just glad my car is out of there.

The gentleman who came to pick up my car was very nice, he got to me quickly and talked to my husband and I for a few minutes. He told me up front that I would have to come in and sign to have my car released to the dealer, but that was not the case. Shaun from Car Magic called and asked me to just send him an email stating who I was releasing my car to and a short while later I got an email from Shaun updating me on the pick up.
