I hired this mechanic to replace my brakes and rotors. I was initially sold on his service because he promised a specific 'program' where he documents the work with before-and-after photos. He never provided these photos, which leaves me questioning what was actually done. ​My experience went downhill from there: ​Quality Issues: Immediately after the brake job, my car developed a loud metal scraping sound. I asked him to fix it. ​Dishonesty: He claimed he returned to fix the noise and run a diagnostic. This was false. As soon as I drove the car afterward, the exact same scraping noise was there. He hadn't fixed it. ​Reliability: He was a 'no-call, no-show' for our scheduled follow-up appointment. ​Billing: On the first invoice, I was charged for new battery bracket, but he only tightened my old ones. Later, he attempted to charge a $100 'diagnostic fee' just to check the noise he caused, then claimed he was 'waiving' it to try and upsell me on a $450 starter replacement. ​I cannot recommend this mechanic. The 'photo program' was a broken promise, the work was incomplete, and the business practices were dishonest.

The owner of this company answered my phone call 7:00 am . When I said I needed help they were here in 20 minutes. I explained to the owner I was having some problems with my life and needed help. Without judgment or hesitant the owner of this company was here in 20 minutes to fix my car asap so I could make to the hospital. I feel like this company is amazing 👏 sincerely truly grateful 🙏. Tremendously awesome family the owner came through for me. He made me feel like family. I will no longer use any other mechanic services. This is the team to work with. Everyone on the team was there for me every step of the way. They guided me through the most economical way to purchase parts. Has excellent knowledge and connections in parts. Great heart. Beautiful human beings. That want to make sure people are taken care of. I have no doubt in my mind that you will be 1000% satisfied with there service. Another mobile mechanic stole my money for the parts and services not rendered. I called this place and he was here for me with in 30 minutes to start the processes and make sure the other mechanic didn’t mess anything up. They answered every call I made and if they didn’t they called back every time. I didn’t just gain a excellent mechanic I gained a new family member.
