La primera vez que lo lleve lo repararon llegue a ese lugar porque alguien Me lo recomendo ya tenia confianza pero la segunda vez lo lleve para que le hiciera el cambio de valvulas y le dije al Chico Jonathan que fue el que me atendio que me dejara la tapa anterior en el auto cuando lo fuera a recoger me dijo se le olvido le dije de nuevo voy a recogerla en tal dia y me dijo que bueno y results que cuando fui uno de sus empleados supuestamente la voto cuando le dije que hiba a ir por ella esto me genero mucha desconfianza el auto sigue con wl mismo problema , trabajemos con la mayor honestidad posible al cliente enseñandole las piezas aue han sido reparadas cuando somos honestos Dios nos recompensa la honestidad ante todo .

Bad experience, they didn't explain what happened or what they did to the car. They said that they'll put a new gear in the car and it wasn't. The warranty is so short that it isn't worth it.

Complete waste of time. I called two days before to make sure he had the correct part, Carlos says yes, part is in stock. Called again the day before to MAKE SURE HE HAD THE PART, of course Carlos says yes again, yes we have the part. I said listen I'm driving from far away don't waste my time, he says he has it for sure. Guess what? Went there, he didn't have the part. Figures. How do you run a business treating customers like this I have no idea. Quotes 500 over the phone then when you get there says 1300 because he has to get the part from someone else! Take your $$ elsewhere avoid this place.

This place is unbelievably terrible. I first took my car here because I felt that my steering wheel was loose and wanted them to fix it. They told me it was "fixed" now, so I drove my car home. I would say a couple days later, my steering wheel was incredibly difficult to turn. It was so hard to turn, I would have to use both of my hands to turn my steering wheel. It was terrifying to drive my own car. I live an hour away, so one day, I called in advance and told them that I needed to bring in my car because they didn't fix it correctly the first time. They said OK, bring in the car and we'll take a look at it. By the time that I arrived in my poorly functioning hard-to-turn car, one of the people working there said that the auto mechanic was sick and had to leave early. Therefore, I had to come on a different day. I had to drive my car home in this condition and the people here basically refused to see my car at all. When I came back, they took it back for a few days and "fixed" it again. However, I noticed that my steering wheel and my car in general still felt weird, so I took it back again. The mechanic told me that I was just imagining it and there was nothing wrong with it. I gave up on this place and took it to another auto mechanic. My new auto mechanic drove my car down the street, felt something was weird and refused to drive it for more than a block. It turns out that my car was missing a screw inside and this was making it drive oddly. He finally fixed the problem that my car had. But back to the point -- these people are COMPLETLEY unorganized, unprofessional, discourteous and could not tell you when a screw goes missing in your own car if you begged them to. They clearly do not have a clue what they're doing and you should STAY AWAY from these people, they will most likely not help you fix your car.

Do not take your car to this shop. The owner sold it to someone else and the new owner doesn’t know what he is doing. He held my car there for 4 weeks and change the rack and pinion and cv joint. Once he replace it with cheap parts, he was unable to reprogram the CPU. He lied. He called me telling me that he had found a solution after 4 weeks of having it. After the back and forth and multiple calls, I went to pick up my car and ask to drive it prior to paying and they denied. I didn’t want anymore headaches as he reassure me it was driving perfectly. I paid $1200 and the car is in worst condition than when I took it in. These people are scammers !!! BE CAREFUL. Please do your research and be mindful of this experience I had. I will have to now take it to the dealer and verified exactly what they did to my car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
