This was my first time at Car Care Inc., recommended by my boyfriends dad and I absolutely love it. Mike was my main contact for my starter repair. He kept communication with me regarding the status of my car and also made sure I knew the service price before the work even started. They are also pet lovers and have a couple kitties and a groundhog that hang out and that was a super plus for me as well. Mike also gave me a little bowl and some treats along with a bathroom scoop for my pups. My car was worked on and repaired by the next day for such a last minute drop off and I am very grateful to Mike and his team! I am glad to support this small business.

In my case, the issue was a timing belt tensioner on my Honda Accord, which is a serious and often costly repair. What really impressed me was how organized and efficient they were. They scheduled an appointment specifically to work on my car that day, and I honestly expected it to take several days. Instead, they had the repair completed the same day. Throughout the process they kept me updated on the progress, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
